The only reason my dad goes is because the care that Dr. Crespo gives him. Dr. Crespo is a GREAT doctor, he really cares but the answering service SUCKS. Today my dad had an appointment but they failed to tell me that they moved from Sample road to Coconut Creek Pkwy. But Dr, Crespo is GREAT so we will try again

This is a 10 star review if possible! I didn't know Dr. Crespo was my PCP because I recently went on Florida Blue. Was scheduled for surgery Oct 7th. My surgeon's coordinator made a mistake in not informing me my PCP needs to sign off on everything after doing all requirements at MD NOW. His office couldn't get me an appointment in time and they suggested I show up early the next day before he arrives at 9am. Basically, beg the office for help! I did that, meeting one staff member 45 minutes before opening. Explained the situation and she said don't worry they'll help. Dr. Crespo showed up 30 minutes later. Introduced myself and explained the situation to him. He was so generous and took me right into the back. Had everything ready for him. He went over everything with me again and treated me with so much respect. His staff was incredible and Dr. Crespo just wanted to help any way he could. He showed so much empathy, treating me like we were friends and not just some stranger. Highly recommend Dr. Crespo to everyone! Never been more impressed in my life. Without his help, would never have gotten the authorization I needed to have surgery.

I had to wait practically more than two months for them to give me the list of my child's vaccines. And regarding the checkups I had, they agreed to call me and I never received that call. I went to the medical center today to pick up my child's documents (I had already called and they told me to just go, it was already ready), I arrived and they told me that it would take a few days for them to deliver it to me. Very inefficient. The lady at the reception is a very nice person and I felt sorry for her because she was not to blame for anything, but with the rest of the people I spoke with I had to put up a strong voice so they can do their job. Be serious, health is not a game. They barely saw that I was not dying of the place without my documents, miraculously the document that would take a few days to be ready, did not take even 15 minutes to be in my hands, in conclusion... they did not feel like doing their job.

This is not the first time, I use Sanitas because is the provide for FloridaBlue in my area, I went last tuesday with a severe UTI going on for a month, explained everything to the nurse she schedule blood work and urine which I did the next day, in the next day the results shown in the sanitas website and that's it, I"m in pain desperate and nobody called me to the follow up, to reeschedule to talk to the doctor again, so I decided to go to the black market to buy some medicine an THANK GOD this medicine cured me in 5 days, so I was in the hospital until today, so the next week I called to sanitas to say, "so you didn't call me, to do a follow up, nothing??" ohhh wait 24h that someone will call you, so 24h someone call me and said if I want to have a consultation a follow up with the same nurse, that for me is the OBVIOUS because she knows what is happening, I will have to wait a month... A MONTH, or I can discuss the result by video call with whatever picks the call, who doesn't know what is coing one, remember it was an UTI, and it passed 8 days already and I have to wait a month more, I really don't know how they didn't kill anyone, I have resources, I'm tech savvy I imagine a older person, who doesn't know how to check the website to see that the results are out, because if you don't call they wont call you to say that the results are ready and that's it you will never will hear about them again, if you have something urgent, serious in the labs you will DIE if you don't call them and want to talk to the same person you started it... I hope someone from Florida Blue ready this and do something..

Today I called and make two appointments for me and my mom I was fortunate to get mine today because someone canceled. My appointment was for 2 o’clock at the pompano location and it was the worst experience of my life . I get there at 1:50 , filled out the paperwork , gave the lady at the front desk my insurance and ID card , she make copy of my documents and told me to have a seat. They were two other person there at the time , While sitting there in the space of one hour there was five other person that came in and sit for a little then went in. Even a white lady that said her appointment is 3:15 went in and I am still there with no one even acknowledging me . Now it’s 3:50 and I went back to the receptionist and asked her why am here two hours and still didn’t get called in , she claimed she was looking at the computer and didn’t see my information she put in , mind you I was sitting right in front of her the whole time . No one check to see why I was there over two hours without been help, no one care they just talk and go about their business. Now when I told her I am leaving that’s when she get the nerve to asked me if I want her to reschedule me , like are you guys serious after leaving work before time to be played and humiliated like that . I will never put my feet back into another Sanitas Doctor office Because I could see and feel the number of neglect this place offer me . On Second hand I am also canceling my mom appointment I will not let her go through want I went through.

Horrible from beginning to end long wait times not staffed properly even the staff complained of all the complaints from Patients don't even think about getting care here no stars would be best, a vet would give you better treatment than this so called medical office

Been trying to get my uncles prescription for glimeperide for I don’t know how long. They’re REFUSING to give it to us, giving us excuse after excuse after excuse. DONT COME HERE!!!!!This has been an ongoing issue for years. They’re refusing to give him refills. He could have a stroke or heart attack because of this!

If you are very sick, do not come here you will die the call center staff that they have are completely incompetent and had the nerve to make me feel like I’m stupid saying I don’t understand what he is saying!!! There’s no way to get directly in contact with the office or speak to a supervisor if they even have one. Run the other way because you will die or suffer of sickness if you come here!! Very disappointing!
