Worst Ross I’ve been too! Majority of their staff is rude and all seem uninterested to do their jobs. Dressing room attendant is the absolute worst! Forced me out of the dressing room and made me put my own clothes back on the racks! I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The worst Ross I have visited in my life. I just witness the store manager, Shirley, verbally attack a guy that appeared to be from a electrical company. In front of all these clients, how could a manager behave in this manner? Unprofessional. This woman needs some serious customer service training and do a few sessions of anger management. Shame on you!
