I don't go to Festival Flea Market often, but couple of weeks ago I decided to go and visit the opposite end of the mall. I stumbled into the Ritzy Rerack store to find out what it was. It's a cute store, lots of items to peruse. There was this pretty young lady named Sara that greeted me in; she was warm, friendly, and very excited about the vast array of high end products they had. She was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all! I'm currently looking for the right Louis Vuitton bag and though I didn't make a purchase that day, I will be going back to buy my gently used LV but only with the assistance of Sara! Best store ever, exceptional customer service! The first time I walk in the store, it was just to look around. I was amazed of the quality of clothing they have. I went crazy buying all the beautiful things I saw, andi had to tell my friends and family. I love Sara she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. she is always on the lookout for specific pieces for me because she made it her business to know my taste in clothing. I will get a text from her when something comes in that she thinks I will like, now that that is customer service!! Most of all, I love that the prices are affordable. Such a wonderful boutique, we were able to find my husband 2 high quality suits perfect to his size. Sara is the sales associate who helped us, she is full of life and energy and made our shopping experience so pleasant. The owners are also wonderful people as well, overall one of my favorite shopping experiences and lovely place.

They have a very wide array of items from the top designers and the mood is relaxed and friendly. Owners Robert and Yaskie are very fair and always willing to make a deal. Sales person Sara is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and always smiling and helpful. Most important though is there are many bargains to be had here.

Every time I go there I find Sarita my friend, she is amazing, very nice person and excelente saleswoman, I am very happy that she has returned, the owners always bring branded things like clothes, jewelry, sunglasses, etc. I love this place on Festival mall.
