Called and was told the only product I was looking for was located an hour away from me or I could wait 3 days to ship it. Drove. No product on shelf and now being told to drive another hour to a different store… horrible customer service, absolutely disgusting experience.

Disappointing experience at this store. In general, the staff’s lack of interest to help and their very dry attitude didn’t make me feel comfortable. Anyway, I decided to buy some samples that they said could be returned as long as I had the ticket. I removed the item from the plastic bag and decided to return them as they were not what I was looking for. When I brought them back for return they would not accept them because I had opened the bag. I insisted and then they said that the pieces were scratched and they couldn’t accept them back. I removed those pieces from the bag for less than five minutes and always stored them inside the bag before return. If they were really scratched as they said, then the quality of this items is subpar. I noticed that none of the appliances handles were available in champagne bronze, many kitchen pulls sizes were limited, many samples were scratched. Needless to say, I bought other brand.

They are the best source for hardware, especially hard to find, never to be seen in Home Depot, Lowe's or Ace hardware.

Very disappointed after my second store to store shipment I drove down to pickup my order after calling to confirm that they have the parts in stock, they have three different parts with the same part number and not the one I need for a clients job. No offer of a discount or next day shipping but 4 days more waiting and hope they can get it right this time.

Really bad service as a contractor losing time buying stuff for quality in bad prices 15% fee restocking for their mistake bad actitud from the sales person also waiting long time to be helped at the front desk really bad store

Horrible service. They make you take a picture of the item you want and take it to the salesperson at the desk. They do not get out of there seat to help. The guy wouldnt even get up. But managed to get pricing in store as a regular counter customer. Over the phone you apparently need an account with them to get any assistance.

The worst store ever! The staff are very rude, they are never willing to listen nor help. The price is craziest.The charge 15% in case you need to exchange something even for their mistake. When you go to pickup up the delivery everything wrong.
