Came into the pompano location to get some new tires and the assistant manager reeked of alcohol, do not recommend going there, everyone else was fine but the assistant manager.

Very unprofessional place and the worst!! When I went to get a set of new rims and tires they took hours since the ppl working there was on their phone at all times. I wasn't unsure if to proceed since 2-3 customers came in complaining that day of them scamming customers which they put me to translate since they didn't have nobody in Spanish. & was told from family and friends same thing as well ..but I really needed the tires so I proceed with the purchase when I was getting them changed they advised me that in case of anything the old tires were going to be put back. I recently lost one of my jobs and only had 1 that pays me monthly I spoke to so many ppl of their company & they still stated I haven't had contact with them in 2 months which I was communicating with them & have proof.. they have no sympathy or care at all for the customers they want it their way. DO NOT GO to this place !!!! (No vayan a esta compañía son estafadores)

How do you run a rim and wheel place and not have a tech to install?? Twice I tried to give them money. 2 out of 2 time, " you have to come back tomorrow. No one is working today to install them. I work, everyday. I cant afford to keep coming back. But I guess they can afford to keep losing business.

The guys there(Jason & Elvin) were fast efficient and fantastic!!! Even gave me a ride to and from work while my vehicle was getting fitted with new wheels!!!
