Every time.. and I mean every time I stop here. A homeless person walks up to my car and asks for money at the pump. Every time. It's ridiculous. The general manager needs to step up and start cleaning up this place.

So eager to force people to use the self-checkout they only leave the credit card availability on those machines and not to registers
Bathrooms are disgusting people of white things on the wall and they have yet to clean it up
I'm not being paid to do your job and I'm not getting a discount for doing your job
I'll be losing the RaceTrac app I no longer doing business with them

Carolina Rodríguez, what an amazing employee... ¡¡NO DOUBT!! on what I'm about to say, she is the perfect example of what a leader or manager should be at a store as big as RaceTrac ,Wawa; ETC.
Really kind and professional treatment towards all clientele. Including those unfortunate enough to be called homeless. As I was able to witness it with my own eyes while making my purchase.
I am really happy to have such customer service close to my house.

Very poor customer service from an unnamed employee who directed me rudely to use the self-checkout despite my discomfort and need for assistance with an ID-required item.
The same employee invaded my personal space during ID check and refused to provide his name, threatening to deny me service when I persisted.
The manager let me know his name was "Miles" but offered no resolution and defended his behavior.
I left- I don't recommend this store.
This employee should read the employee handbook again.

I gave $100 on the counter the lady and the lady took it and put her hand out for the payment I told her that’s my $100 I put down and she’s like ohh and than she over charged me I made her fix it she started talking and gave me my change I put back in my purse go 2 miles and realize she took $30 from me! Be aware young white blonde works at night takes ppls money!

Horrible customer service. Employees are never behind the register and want to push you to use self checkout. Be ready to be greeted by 100 homeless outside

Super clean. Staff is good. Large convince store with a big coffee station that allows you to brew your coffee fresh per cup (no more stale gas station coffee!). The coffee is definitely the biggest plus of racetrac. There's also a walk-in beer cave if that's your thing.

I was the only person there, but she insisted that since I wasn't paying cash, I had to self-checkout. So now I gotta do her job.I don't need this chit. Wawa right down the street. I'll make a better decision next time.

This very large ReceTrac was clean inside and outside. The food was half and half. No regular hot dogs were ready and some rollers were overcooked. Egg rolls were missing. And some rollers not marked. The pizza was super fresh. The sauce is a little sweet, the pepperoni and crust were good. The seating area was nice and clean too. And there was some dining entertainment with a weird lady making nachos and a large order of drinks and stuff. Lol
