I was there today to bought Whiting for Sunday dinner and was charged $25.98 for two bags of old fish!! The fish was frozen so long that to handle them for defrosting the meat was shredding in my hands!! To be fair I talked to the manager who was super dismissive (no apology offered) but he did say bring it back for a refund?? How would I know the dish was old if I didn't remove it from the plastic and told him that and he did say show him the pictures that I took. My money back is the least of my worries which I damn sure will be getting back, but the inconvenience of the whole matter!! We ended up ordering Uber eats since nobody is eating fish in that condition!! When I get work tomorrow I will be posting these pics for all the federal employees, just so they can buy or not buy any seafood from Publix and this is truly a damn shame!! Lastly an email was sent to the corporate office because I need Publix to know this is truly unacceptable!!

I was in the pharmacy yesterday with two prescriptions following a tooth surgery. Unfortunately, I couldn't speak because my mouth was still swollen from the numbing medication.The pharmacist and her male assistant's disrespectful attitude towards me, was very unprofessional. and unnecessary.

the scale was off by 5 pounds. I wasn't mad after I saw that i didn't gain 5 after eating the best fried chicken on the planet!

I live in Ohio and I love going south because I know Publix has the best sub sandwiches. The staff is so helpful not like up here which has a get it and get out mentality. The first place I go from the airports Publix.

I stopped in to their deli to get a sandwich they had a large crowd of people getting fresh deli products and sandwiches I ordered their large Cuban sandwich it was made to perfection with super quality ingredients tasted great and all with the loving care of one of their preparers named Bonita

Now this is no reflection of this publix in general. I shop here all the time and my overall review of the store is 5 stars but I just feel the need to report this somewhere. I purchased Enfamil formula yesterday from this Publix via Shipt and had it delivered to my house. When I opened the box of formula I discovered there were roaches inside and someone filled the bag with flour! What kind of sick person would do that to a baby! So upset right now

Very impressive service compared to my usual publix. Polite cashier, 2 assistants bagging my groceries and a third rushing up to help me load the car. I'll be back.
