Drayon and Raquel’s service is over and above excellent! I don’t have to worry about having to come back for the same issue twice. My resale value of my vehicle remains in tact as maintenance is reported to carfax and is always completed by their staff in a timely manner. I drive from Miramar to Pompano every time my car needs service to maintain the peace of mind that my car is in pristine condition when placed in Precision Auto’s hands. If there was a way to write a review without giving stars that’s what I would have done! This place does not deserve not one star! I have no choice so here we go let’s start from the customer service perspective, rude from the owner who suppose to set an example, doesn’t know how to speak to clients even after full conversation owner still treats us as less than and doesn’t keep his word! I don’t care how many good reviews you guys have it won’t ever hide the fact that this management needs to take a better look at how to handle the customers that walk in for service! Hard earn money is being spent regardless of how they spoke to me I had no choice but to pay! Highway robbery for less than nothing work!
