I’m so happy I found this place. Fair on prices. Place is very clean and everyone is super nice. My dog got groomed and he looks great, too. 75$ for medium size Maltipoo. Nice outlook!

Only place I trust with my pup! The staff are friendly and amazing with my dog. Love bringing her for daycare to get out all that puppy energy and make some friends.

Very professional staff. My lab had a wonderful time and slept like a baby. Would highly recommend the daycare. We haven't experienced their boarding yet so cannot comment on that. Will go back again real soon!

The first time we took our dog there our dog was attacked by a larger dog because a handler who couldn’t keep control of a larger dog let that dog go and messed him up pretty bad so we couldn’t enjoy our thanksgiving very much, not a huge deal though because their manager rectified the situation, he rushed him to the vet and watched him very carefully while we were still out of town.Due to this I gave them another chance because of the hospitality shown by him. (First photo of him in the car ride all scarred up after)Unfortunately I dropped him off again. What a mistake. After the first time I would’ve thought my dog would’ve been cared for pretty thoroughly but it was like they forgot about everything and never even put in a note because to my surprise when I picked him up he either has such a bad eye infection from god knows what or his face was impacted so hard his entire eye is swollen and red. I don’t know what goes on here and I hate to leave this review but I’m honestly disgusted. When we called to ask what happened when my girlfriend noticed in the car they said they didn’t notice at all. This is pretty disheartening to see the lack of care by the employees clearly. A shame because the actual manager took reallyGood care of our dog. Don’t take your dog here way too many things to worry about apparently.(second photo attached is his eye)

Loved having my two cats stay at Pompano Pet Lodge for a week while I traveled, my first experience boarding cats instead of having cat-sitters. If I had known how easy and pleasant Pompano Pet Lodge services were, I would have switched long ago. Their 24-hour webcams and online interface worked flawlessly. Though I couldn't see directly into the cat condos, I was able to see both cats roaming around the cat room during their assigned "open condo" times, and to see various staff members keeping the condos and room clean and tidy. The Lodge staff were fantastic, in particular, Shania, Ana, and Nikki. So patient with my many questions and concerns, they checked on my cats whenever I called for an update, and were considerate and professional at all times. We're moving away, so probably won't have a chance to repeat our wonderful experience with Pompano Pet Lodge, and can only hope to find such a top-notch facility in our new location. I was completely satisfied with Pompano Pet Lodge's cats facilities, and I give them the highest possible recommendation to anyone considering using their services. We’ve used Pompano Pet Lodge for years when we travel. Our Elsa was there this past week for daycare and she had the time of her life. We enjoyed watching her on camera playing and making friends with the other dogs. They make sure smaller dogs are with smaller dogs which works well. Can’t wait to go back. Staff is friendly and they watch out carefully over our fur babies.

Our dog loves spending time at Pompano Pet Lodge. She has come out of her shell since starting daycare and her training with Devon is going great. Definitely recommend for socializing your dog. All the staff is friendly and helpful!
