Some of the personal told me I cannot be in the cardio area exercising I’m just thinking about cancel my membership. I am using an area that is not too trafficking in the gym makes me feel my anxious level goes down when I’m working out here but looks like it bothers her too much.

On June 21st, 2024, they cleaned out my locker that had my towels in and they lost them. When I asked who took them out I was told it was the manager. When I asked the front desk how I am supposed to dry up after showering they kept telling me sorry and that there is nothing they can do. And they went ahead to tell me that they sell towels. If it is the manager that took them out then that’s a very irresponsible manager. The manager should not be a manager in the first place. On top of that, there was a different desk clerk that I talked to on the same day between 10:30 pm and 10:50 pm about my towels that were lost and the guy who works for planet fitness went ahead and said to me: “it’s not normal for somebody to leave a towel in a locker.” I was so shocked I did not say anything and I couldn’t believe an employee would talk to a customer this way. That was very rude and insensitive. Even though it was towels in a locker, they could have just removed them with gloves, put them in a plastic bag for me and cleaned the locker they were in with some disinfectant. For somebody who works for a company to just tell a customer that’s not normal for somebody to leave towels in a locker was plainly disrespectful. In addition to that, after this planet fitness desk clerk talked to me that way in the locker, he walked away from me and literally 3 seconds later I heard this desk clerk’s voice echoing about my towels outside the locker and about 5 to 6 second later a couple of guys went inside the locker walking very close to me and laughing at the same time. And then while I was showering I heard a guy said”que p**o” in Spanish and I heard his voice as it was close to the shower section where I was showering at. That was one of the worst experiences that I had at this planet fitness location.

I was surprised at how unclean the equipment was when I visited recently. It used to not be that way. This location must have new management. I didn’t see anyone cleaning as usual. Disappointed.

Love love love this place...
I never thought that going to the gym would bring me so much joy.
it's been quite a journey for me since I started March first.
I have started from 210 lbs now I'm down to 175 lbs my goal is 160... Not trying to be skinny just trying to be healthy.
I thought I would be embarrassed.... But to my excitement ... I fit in like a glove.
I asked the attendance how some of the machines worked and they walked me through it ... Now I'm sexy as hell and loving the skin I'm in.

Some guy wearing a staff shirt who was claiming to be the manager took his willy out and started talking to me while he was touching himself. I told the new staff girl about the indecency and she asked for my name and contact info. He was short haired, maybe middle eastern guy, and had a beard with grey in it.
**Update**
After complaining about the indecent exposure another staff member said the manager claimed I broke something and wasn't allowed to return. What a joke right, like I want to go to some gym where that's going on. And claiming I broke something and didn't report it myself is just flat out nuts. The location is decent, but the management is obviously not safe to be around children behaving like that.

Dirty. I give it two stars due to no staff members walking around and cleaning any of the machines on the floor and definitely not the bathrooms. Bathroom door and each of the male and female bathrooms was off, trash is overflowing, trash on the floor in the bathrooms throughout, and you could also see paper materials and dust all over the floor and some of The equipment..
The mail bathroom especially is dirty. It is very bright inside, people seem to get along but a lot of young kids on the machine just messing around. The typical summer stuff when they allow these kids in for free.
A lot of people on their cell phones on the machines or working out.
Parking lot is extremely small, the place is really crowded on a Tuesday at lunch time. The parking lot is not RV or 18-wheeler tractor friendly unless it is extremely small.
Two staff members always behind the counter but nobody walking around cleaning that we saw. We were there for approximately 2 hours today.
If you have the option to use another gym as your permanent gym, definitely check that one out first.

The first day I visited this location the police were there. They said someone threatened to beat up the manager.
That seemed weird, but it didn't seem weird after I learned that the manager would play with himself while staring at people in the locker rooms right there in front of everyone.

I wasn’t very impressed with this PF unfortunately. The gym equipment was in good condition but the bathrooms were very dirty as well as the tanning rooms. The staff was helpful but not very friendly.

Somone that works here saved my life from dehydration and im grateful for that person shes the girl that works at night shes a very kind person and very attentive to peoples health and well being!Grateful for this place!
