Today we were helped by Antoine, he was super nice and wasn't forceful on anything. He let us try the car our own way with no issues and let us take our time on the decision. He is a great salesperson. If you come here I definitely recommend speaking to him about your cars!

Today January 4, 2024 I visited the Performance Nissan dealership in Pompano, and I was appalled, shocked for the way me and my wife were treated. First and foremost I was shopping for a Frontier Nissan truck with a long wheel base, and they have a gray one on their lot!Joycelyn, the person I spoke with for the appointment. Sales person Fernando ( sorry if I wrote his name wrong) was supposed to meet me and he did after waiting couple minutes! Looked at the vehicle and I told him I am shopping around to see what is available and would like a test drive before deciding I am going to purchase!Long story , he was going to get keys, but before doing so he asked if I going to purchase now or not, as I mentioned I like to test drive but also i am paying CASH, if I am pleased with the car! He said right then well WHY NOT FINANCING, and I said why do I want to pay interest!His response:: well we finance and make money from that at least $2000. I responded by saying that money I can use for something else!He left for looking for keys I suppose, but after me and my wife waiting for at least 15 minutes he never showed up!Than he called me to tell me why I left, and why I try to explain why, I SAID: let me say something as a customer to you!He responded by: NO I DONT NEED TO TALK TO YOU! And hung up the phone!RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, you don’t treat a prospect buyer this way!PEOPLE THERE ARE OTHER DEALERSHIPS WERE YOU CAN BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY WITH RESPECT!! Thank you Manny! We had a wonderful experience and are grateful to have worked with him. We were in the market for a 2023 Corvette stingray. He offered impeccable concierge service, answering every single question we had, was open about the numbers, compared apples to apples until we made our own educated decision to move forward. To top it off, he accommodated us by bringing the car to us along with the paperwork because we had a busy workday and couldn’t get out from our desk. We will be back, thank you, Manny!

I will absolutely never purchase a Nissan again. I purchased a pearl white 2021 Altima SR in January 2021 from Performance. Not even 3 years have passed and the paint is literally peeling off of the hood. It started as a small flake and has now grown to about 6” X 10” and expands every time it rains, as water is causing it to bubble and peel. I reached out to Nissan corporate and due to my miles exceeding the 36k bumper to bumper warranty, I was denied any resolution on their end. I tried contacting both the “loyalty manager” and general manager of Performance, hoping for some assistance, and received no response, after their internal auto body shop quoted me $1500 for the repairs. I have had no accidents, and I still have 3 years left of payments. Upon further investigation online, I see that this is a common issue with Nissan paint. Class action suits have been awarded in the past and a new one was just filed this month in South Carolina for the same issue, citing defective primer as the cause of the paint peeling issues and causing the vehicles to lose value. I’m expecting that my VIN will eventually be a part of this once settled. It has not been a good experience at all with this car. I bought this vehicle expecting a quality product that I could enjoy it for years to come. Now it is an embarrassment to drive.I wish I had purchased a Honda or Kia instead, and will likely end up trading this car in for one of those in the future.

I had such an horrible experience at performance Nissan. I dropped off my car on Friday, and was told I would be able to get it by the end of business day, which unfortunately turned into Monday. They do NOT provide rentals and will leave you stranded. The manager Corey is very disrespectful! He should not be in management/Customer Service, as he has no manners/customer service. You are better off going to other Nissan service centers because most of them charge between $150-$200 for diagnostics, while performance Nisan charges almost $500. Also, they charge approximately $230 per hour for labor, while most other Nissan centers charge between $170-$190. My husband was asking Corey for details regarding the Service, and Corey told him he doesn’t know because he is not the mechanic. He also told my husband he should’ve fixed the vehicle himself since he knew a thing or two about vehicles. Please avoid yourself the disappointment and don’t go there.

From the moment I enter the Establishment and walked around for a little bit. Carlos Hernandez,was very welcoming. I felt very comfortable in my decision Of getting a Nissan pathfinder platinumafter meeting Carlos. I was originally shopping for smaller suv And to make matters worse, our bank only approve us for a Lower amount to a vehicle we were really trying to get.But Carlos made it happen. We were short $2600. And somehow made the deal work. We left happy and satisfied after visiting 4 different dealers. If anyone needs an honest and real car dealer Carlos Hernandez is your man! Ty so much.

For it to be my first time buying a car I could honestly say that Roy Zarokyan gave me the best experience ever! He is a great salesman!! We were talking and laughing like we’ve known each other and that made me feel really comfortable. I will be recommending anyone who tells me that they want to buy a car to him! I originally went to the dealership just to look at cars and I ended up driving off of the lot with a car that I never thought I would have a 2021 NISSAN ALTIMA SR!!!! I love this car so much and I’m glad Roy was the person who sold it to me this was the best experience ever!!! Also, I went to the dealership on Sep 30th and he even called me 2 days later to make sure everything was going fine with the car.

Called for monthly lease quotes on an Altima SV. Contacted 6 dealers Performance was by far the most expensive. Sales manager said 599 was the best I'd ever get. Well I got 375/month. Walked out of the dealership only putting down 445 dollars which includes my first month.How does Performance stay in business ripping off their clientele?
