Please be aware of this dealership. So, to give a back story I purchased a car on July 31, 2024. The car was priced for $14650. which is currently listed at on their website for the same price. I was told from their finance department that the car was for $17,000 before taxes and finance charges. After finance charges the car $29,201,04 mind you, this is not a new car with low mileage. The car mileage when I purchased on July 31, 2024, was 60,449 which is the same mileage they have on the car now on their website. I had some issues with the pricing I decided I no longer wanted to keep the car. I returned the car August 10th . I spoke to someone in finance again when I returned the car. I specifically asked about my down payment because I wanted to be clear. He advised me that I would get y down payment back minus the charge for any extra mileage or damage to the car. Which there were none. How are you charging me for mileage when your website states technically there was no extra mileage. However, I called them it took two weeks for them to give me a call back in which they did not even call me they called in spoke to my mom. In advised her that they were now keeping my $1000 down payment because it was basically a rental fee. What rental car or dealership do you go to that charges $1000 rental fee. Please be careful in my opinion they are scammers and the owner is a liar I had the car 9 days in which 3 days I didn’t drive the car. Please review their response below it’s fine. They are nasty look at the response below.

Came here a little while back in the market for a new truck. Was very fortunate to have worked with Roy throughout this process. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He also took time to understand my situation and was very determined to help me find a new vehicle I was proud of, for a good price. I left the same day with a brand new Frontier and could not be happier with the truck.

So many good things to say about Performance Nissan but by far the most exceptional service I’ve ever seen at any car dealership. That was thanks to our sales rep, Roy Zarokyan. I came in one random Wednesday with no expectations of going home with a new car. Not only did I go home with a car, but I left with one of my dream cars at a financed plan that was affordable for me. Roy walked me through everything to know and made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Even after I took the car home, Roy has answered any and all questions I’ve had , and has continued to be an all star. Not only do I recommend Performance Nissan over all other dealerships in south Florida, but Specifically Roy, an absolute all star , with so much knowledge, care, and compassion for his clients. Again a big thank you to the team at performance Nissan and the man himself , Roy Zarokyan.

Bought a used KIA Sol about 3 weeks ago. Took car in the following day because only 1 speaker works. Bluetooth for phone doesn't work without speaker working. Part has to be ordered. Been 2 weeks now and no one returns my call to let me know what's up. Getting extremely frustrated. How could you allow someone to drive off the lot without making sure everything works. I've called 4 times to speak to the manager and my calls are not returned. Messaged the car sales person, doesn't answer either. Over all! Should hae gone to Toyota.

Quite honestly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Do not have too many things to say except I will not be coming here again. I spoke with Richard and he seemed to be the most uninterested person to be working at a car dealership. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

If I can help anyone out here to NEVER come to this place please read!
My car was working JUST FINE before I came. However, I came to get a diagnostic run on my car I received a whole list of issues that was wrong with my car- I was told by a “Mike Jones” he put in a valve for my transmission since they didn’t have the part and wouldn’t have it for another month and this was put in its place . I was told my car was ready for pick up and no less than 20 minutes of me picking my car up my car started shuddering, smoking, and the brakes started to act funny. I called back immediately and was informed by the same gentleman “Mike Jones” oh your car is supposed to do that and it’ll happen again. I don’t know much about cars and I’m a single woman so I trusted his word at the time. My guy was telling my car isn’t supposed to do that. On Monday I drove my car and it was doing the same thing and it stopped running it WILL NOT DRIVE. I called back and let them know what’s going and I knew someone did something to my car whether it was on accident or intentional something was done wrong because my car was working fine, but after the diagnostic it won’t work at all? I added photos of my car tow and of my car leaking fluid from that “valve” that was put in
Lastly, I spoke with the manager and without even offering to see what was wrong with the car I was informed by the manager it couldn’t have been the employee he just ”knew” his employee did nothing wrong. I called a tow company for my car and EVERYONE in that office said NISSAN PERFORMANCE is horrible and they’re scammers. they also said there constantly picking up cars from there. Please call “95 Towing” if you don’t believe me.
All in all go somewhere else.

If you wanted to find a vehicle. Roy Zarokyan would be the man to do what it takes! My experience here was phenomenal, and I got an even better vehicle than expected!
