The BEST pharmacy in Pompano. They have the best prices, they’re fast and always kind. I’ve been to many of the other pharmacies in town and they’re all incredibly rude, dismissive, and way overpriced. Rob and Allen are truly the best.

Palm Pharmacy’s the best! Rob is super nice and attentive-even with his phone ringing, customers talking and his team asking questions. The thing I love about Palm is it’s not a corporate chain where you don’t feel comfortable going or asking about your medicine. You get an honest team at Palm who truly care about their customers/patients. They are the best!

Palm pharmacy is a small local pharmacy. I waited several weeks to get a prescription filled from them. Every time I would call, they would tell me it would be ready on Friday. I called that day, and they would tell me it is still not available. No problem I’m patient.Then they told me, we no longer are able to source that specific brand and so they filled it with a new name brand which was fine. The lady said it is ready now for pickup. I was unable to make it that day and went on a Monday, prescription was not ready when I arrived . In fact they were so confused and unfamiliar with my prescription until finally they gave me the medication. These people lied to me several times over the phone. I wasted a lot of time from work as a result of my prescription not being ready, unacceptable.My biggest annoyance was the fact that the lady who was helping me, loudly announced the name of my medication and mind you it is a small pharmacy and it was cramped with 4 other people in close proximity. They need to educate their workers on privacy laws and HIPPA. Never coming back here again worst experience.

Rob is the best. I do not have insurance and have tried shopping around the large chain pharmacies in the area. Not only is the pricing here very good, but Rob is extremely helpful and quick with filling scripts. I actually have transferred all my medications here, and am happy to give a smaller pharmacy my money. This place is highly recommended and I will never use anyone else while I live in this area.

If you are still going to Walmart or Walgreens for your Pharmacy needs you are being ripped off. Palm Pharmacy is by far the least expensive, most customer service Friendly Pharmacy and all of Broward County. Whether you call in or stop by in person your prescriptions are put together quickly and in most cases very inexpensively. This place is the best.
