My experience with this hotel was terrible. I arrived on December 31st and at the reception there was no one. When I arrive I find that I bought a lot more expensive through the Booking site. The first room they gave me smelled really bad and the bathroom was leaking water. I went to the desk and promptly the boy put another room in the smell of naphthaline. But I had no way out. The next day I went to check out, but the hotel is old and the cleaning is bad. My daughter found a cockroach walking in the bathroom door. I went to kill. We left and upon returning at 6pm had not cleaned the room. I went back to the front desk and the person who was in attendance was rude even trying to say they just needed clean towels. He made it clear that it was not his problem and that if he was not satisfied, he would talk to the manager the next morning. Really service of this attendant is terrible. I do not recommend this hotel for the service is room structure.

We were not happy. The bed springs were shot in our room. Leaving us sore every morning. The internet was non existent in our room, and the tv is super small. We were there for 3 days and never saw a maid till our check out day, so no fresh towels :(. The hair shampoo conditioner left my hair super snarly and dry. The only good thing we noticed in our stay is that it was quite.... mainly due to no one being there... we asked about the breakfast that was posted on the front desk and was told they dont do breakfast. Gotta say they could do a lot better in servicing there customers and doing right by them. When brought up to the service desk, nothing was dont to help make us feel appreciated for our business and sorry for the inconvenience

The pictures are fake. They look nothing like the photos. All items in the rooms from bed to furniture to lighting is old rundown and broken. Shower rodes pulled out of the wall and just hanging. Wifi was very spotty. The doors were smaller that the door jams so you can see outside, the beds were extremely old and broken and rapped with plastic. The staff were rude. The door locks did not work I had to get a new card key 5 times before they moved me to a new room. So I was in 2 rooms and the conditions were the same. In addition to all this there were bed bugs in the room. My daughter got cluster of bits from head to toe...she has been on medicine for the last 5 days because of hotel condition.

Old and some rooms not completely furnished (kitchen table and chairs missing). Old bathroom but functional. Doors need to be closed tightly to assure locking. Desk attendant was distracted. Not hard to find. Plenty of parking. Price probably appropriate for above.Room 214 had bed bugs. Pretty badly bitten. Hotel had no answers. Was not offered compensation.

Nothing on the website is correct about this place. They do not serve breakfast so I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about. Two out of three lamps do not work in the room, and the door doesn't lock. Tried to speak to the front desk, and as soon as he got the credit card info he "was busy now." Bed was lumpy like a sack of potatoes. Be careful before booking. They charge a five dollar a day resort fee to park there and use the pool. They will also charge you a $100.00 deposit.

Pompano Beach Federal Hwy Hotel is such a beautiful hotel with so many places close within walking distance... but on top of that, the customer service is amazing. I book hotels for my work throughout the year and Pompano Beach has always gone above and beyond in terms of making sure everything goes wonderful!! I can't say enough about the level of care that their staff gives.

This place deserves a big zero. You walk in the room and it feels like it hasn't even been cleaned before. Found an empty pill rapper and everything in my room which goes to show how much they overlooked any kind of cleanliness. The windows are broke so the little bit of a/c that you do get just right outside. The bathroom is non-working. The toilet is ready to come away from the floor. My hot water isn't working and I called to ask somebody to check it out and it's almost been an hour already and nobody has come to my room. I asked the lady politely in the front if she would reimburse me for the room or give me a free night for my troubles and she said no way like it was a huge problem to try to make her customer happy. Do not stay here. If you're going to spend $85 on a room like I did you should probably spend it somewheres else or you're going to be extremely mad like I am.

We stayed 2 nights in March. We booked a deluxe room but would probably book a regular room next time since we didn't use the terrace tub. The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. There was some street noise from the bar across the street. We enjoyed the afternoon tea.

Great location and wonderful staff. Staff is multi-lingual, appreciative of your attempts in English and fluent in English :) Our room was just above the lobby so we thought we might have some noise issues....not so! Very quiet and comfortable. Steps from the central and virtually all the top sites in Federal Hwy. The view from the roof is amazing....take your camera

My wife and I just spent 4 nights in a junior suite at this hotel. It is located a short walk from the Central and City and many interesting streets in the quarter.All of the hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and able to communicate well in English. There is a nice breakfast buffet and a free afternoon tea with soft drinks and light pastries.

Great central hotel for seeing the sights around N Federal Hwy. The hotel staff were very attentive and the beds are so comfy, just what you need after a ten hour flight and spending all day sightseeing. We even got a free upgrade on our first visit and could see the N Federal Hwy from our room. A brilliantly run hotel and excellent location. Thank you for a great holiday

Wi fi, TV, light and pool doesn’t worked and you have to pay a fee for these things. Not very clean. It’s good localization, but don’t worth it.We had to change our room 3 times, cause one of them smells like cigar, another one don’t have refrigerator, another one the air conditioning don’t work well... In each room, another problem.I spoke to management (the front desk) and they did nothing and was so rude...I had to “accept” my room cause definitely not was comfortable.Don’t recommend.

Visited from Melbourne from 28 August. After being awake for over 24hrs, to be accepted 4hrs prior to check in was a real relief. Customer service was fantastic, especially the laundry service, place was chock full of Aussies so a comfortable start to our trip. The snacks & drinks stood out, particularly during a period of extreme heat at the time we stayed.

Hotel pompano beach is a huge complex, above and below the surface, an architectural icon that could easily fail as a hotel by becoming impersonal, but quite the opposite is the case. The establishment is immaculately maintained and run by great people. We were checked in early after arriving at the hotel at a loose end at 6.30 in the morning. Got a great sleep in on the comfy bed and was up by mid-afternoon to explore the city
