I bought a Prius from them, when I arrived at the agreed time, they called a person from a neighboring company (as if the buyer is also on my car), it is a psychological method that you did not think long when buying. After an hour as I took the car very sorry, on the way home the brakes failed on the car, it turns out the ABS brake unit was not working and they just removed the errors before showing the car.To my indignation they replied with a refusal, as they do not give any guarantees, and you take the car as it isPlease, please, avoid this company.

Disappointed - JOB NOT COMPLETED! My car was in an accident and I choose this salon to complete the car damages. Body work that was suppose to be completed in 10 days it took 3 months - TERRIBLE TIMING! I had to call the owners : Presila & Roosevelt multiple times to check on my car repair. The car was completed HALF -only body work was done - ELECTRONICS DID NOT WORK. I call the owner and try to explain that the car is not working well - he told me to bring the car back again and its not sure when it will be done AGAIN COUND TAKE 3 MONTHS. I contacted the wife - owner as well - IT WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON I EEVEN TRY TO COMMUNICATE. SHE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS WORKING AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Well, I went to MERCEDES dealership to run diagnostics - and they told me that NO ELECTRONICS WERE FIXED ONLY BODY WORK. In addition they will have to start all over and remove everything in order to complete my car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AGAIN AS THEY HAVE CHANGE COMPLETELY. No longer are what they use to be. I WILL ALSO REPORT THEM AS FRAUD AS THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER SERVICE AND DID NOT AND I END UP PAYING $2,000 TO COMPLETE FOR SOMETHING THEY OVERCHARGE THE INSURANCE $7,000.

We had a great experience working with Fabio on the purchase of a clean used car for our college-bound teenage son. There was no sales pressure at all; Fabio answered our questions and was quite helpful. We were able to test drive it twice and the purchasing paperwork only took 25 minutes. Do not purchase from these CROOKS!!!!! The previous customers were right. They will sell you junk and lie that it was serviced. Priscilla, Roosevelt, and Fabio left me and my family stranded on the highway with our under age kids. The FHP called a tow since we aren't from the area (drove 3hrs) called Fabio no answer for us but answered from an unknown number to tell us he's in the shower!! The tow cost $750 we were told if we were local they would've assisted us and there's nothing they can do since the car was as is. Not a way to handle customers and I pray that your karma comes to your business 3x's more. Don't try to cover this up with a bs response we don't care. You have to scam people to pay your bills, worthless, dirty-business you guys are running!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! My husband took our BMW to be painted - a clear gloss because the car was in excellent shape - just needed a refreshening! Did not meet expectations - LESS than expected. He also wanted the front headlights polished - this was included in the price. We received a call the car was done and ready for pickup. When my husband went - the headlights were not touched - the Owner - Roosevelt Coelho argued with him that it was done - clearly not...my husband left the car - next day we went back and the headlights looked a BIT better. My husband wanted the Invoice - refused to give one - then said he would email - never did. When I opened the car door at the shop to drive it home - it was FILTHY - I asked why I was asked to pick a car up that HIS people clearly dirtied and didn't clean - Coehlo mumbled something but since I take better care of my car than this pathetic business did, I figued I would just have to clean it myself.....Even the trunk was filthy with dirt and dust - it took me an hour to clean up their mess - fingerprints and all.... and we paid a Pretty penny to this company - NEVER AGAIN!!! No respect for their own work.....I certainly don't respect their work or attitude - they don't care - but the Consumer should - This business is not recommended

Dishonest bought a bad car as soon as I left check engine light went on really bad oil leak the defrost doesn't work.I have 1,200 in repairs and still not right beware had to bring to a muffler guy to tap out the bank one sensor and had to put in front oil seals valve cover gaskets for oil leak and timing belt
