I had a phenomenal experience with North Fort Lauderdale Subaru. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There were no high pressure sales techniques from the saleslady Carmen, the finance guy Gonzo or the insurance guy Craig. They were all very knowledgeable about their products and were able to answer all questions. I got an exceptional deal on a CPO Subaru Outback. I highly recommend this dealership.

A 45 min service by appointment turned into a 4 hour wait. Disappointed in customer service at north fort lauderdale subaru!
Emailed owner with my issues. Didn’t even bother to reply.
What is the point of the human size banner in the lobby?

I recently had my 2022 Subaru Ascent serviced here and had a great experience. Everything was taken care of whether it was a service still under warranty or maintenance service. The representative, Juan, explained everything and provided an estimate up front, which was accurate. Everyone I worked with was professional and efficient.

My salesman, Luke, was terrific. No pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. I also like the dealership. The owner is there and has a great business philosophy. A free lifetime warranty on major components is an added value. Everyone was extremely professional and fair. I highly recommend Luke and the dealership.

We can't say enough good things about Andrew Wilkinson, our Product Specialist at North Fort Lauderdale Subaru. He was always polite and pleasant, very personable. We got exactly the vehicle we wanted, and Andrew went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. He listened to our concerns and worked to address them. He also made suggestions that helped save money on the purchase. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. While everyone at the dealership was easy to deal with there is no doubt that Andrew was the difference maker that led us to make a purchase.
UPDATE 9/18/2024 - We took our 2025 Forester Touring in for the initial scheduled service, and again we were no disappointed. Our Service Advisor Ahmed made sure everything went smoothly right from the start. Since I was staying with the vehicle I set myself up in the customer lounge, which is very nice, with the expectation of being there a few hours. I received updates on my phone while the work was ongoing, and best of all it was finished in less than half the time promised, including the free car wash. Thanks to Ahmed and the Service team for another excellent experience at North Fort Lauderdale Subaru.

I can’t say enough good things about North Fort Lauderdale Subaru.
The management, the sales people, and the service department all treat you like family!
This is my first Subaru, but I can assure you, you will not be my last!
Everybody at the dealership treats, you incredibly respectful and professional.
if you need a sales person I highly recommend Marsell,& as far as the service department Juan is the best!
I also have had a great experience with the owners son Zeyad. He did a fantastic job on upgrading my rims.
