My wife and I purchased a 2.5 rib roast for $89.00. This was the worst meat I have ever purchased; it had no taste at all and was Chewey. The store sold this as PRIME but I don't believe prime meat could be this bad. I ended up throwing it in the garbage and wasted almost $90.00

We bought our Christmas roast from NYBS, it was the first time we were in the shop. Great service and the meat turned out delicious. We love supporting local and it's even better when their food is top notch.

Great store very organized and well stocked. The staff was super helpful and owner and his brother were very friendly! They not only have high quality meats but side items, specialty items, and an assortment of wines!I made my chicken breast for dinner last night they taste so fresh!

Greeted by the wonderful owners, I was absolutely impressed by the selection and service at New York Butcher Shoppe in Pompano Beach. From creative, tasty cheeses/dips/olives to beautiful cut meats, this shop has something unique with great prices for everyone. You can find high end wine/meats here as well as cost effective, fantastic options as well. There was even a wine special going on - 3 bottles for $39! Also, this butcher shoppe has a smoker in the back… please check out this shoppe as you won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to visit again myself. Thank you so much!

Had such a great time at the grand opening. Samples of all the prepared foods. The pork belly bites are to die for. They do weekly dinner specials. You can’t beat it for not cooking. Got ribs and a pork loin too. Great cuts and quality. Amazing selection of wines Say yes to the Rose. ? ?

I read on Next Door about how wonderful NY Butcher was so I stopped in and bought 2 NY Prime and they were the best I have ever grilled. While there I mentioned how I would love it if they had Sausage Rolls and Back Bacon—comfort food for me from the U.K.— especially with the holidays coming up.About a week later I received a message that they had arrived and to come pick them up!!Thank you Don & Chris for going the extra mile for your customers.

This store is amazing. The quality of the meat is outstanding and prices are reasonable given the quality. It would be criminal to buy your meat at Whole Foods if you care about great food. Also, how can you not love a small business like this that is so immaculate and well run. This is the type of store everyone wants in their neighborhood.

This is a legit real deal butcher shop! If you know your meat and your cuts, this is THE place for you. If you don't know your meat and need butchers you can trust, this is still THE place for you! They have amazing cuts, will cut to order and everything I've had from here is first class. The staff members are polite, professional, knowledgeable and dialed in to provide First Class service and products.In addition to Wagyu, Prime and Choice cuts of beef, they have veal, pork, sausage, chicken and some of the best looking sea scallops I've ever seen. But wait... there's more...Their wall coolers are filled with pre-prepared meats, sides, sauces and entrees. No time to cook? No problem! They also have farm raised duck too. The wine selections are varied and there's something for everyone and every budget.Check out the prime filet and prime ribeye photo. I dry aged these in the fridge for three days, low smoked with hickory and then finished them off pan seared and basted in a brown butter thyme sauce of pure love!

I was excited for this shop to open! They have exceeded my expectations! They sell the usual butcher shop steaks/chops/chicken BUT they are so much more! They have so many prepared meals-salads-desserts. We have tried 2 quiches -macaroni and potato salad- pot roast(it just came out of oven)…many other meats that we cooked-outstanding flavor w everything. The owners and the chef were all so friendly- if you see something u like or want a little different these guys really listen to their customers- all the main grocery stores prices are a bit less but this place is worth the money! Looking forward to getting our Turkey and holiday food from them!!!

Today was my first time at the new store. I bought some beautiful cuts of steak which I have not prepared yet, but they also have a wide variety of prepared meals. I tried the veal Parmesan tonight. It truly is the best veal parm I’ve had in a very long time. The veal was so tender I cut it with a fork. I can’t wait to try other delicacies. Pompano has a new place for great meat and other specialty items!

Amazing selection of meats, smoked meats, home made prepared take and bakes!! Veal chops, Wagyu, dry aged beef.. homemade sausages.. Their smoked brisket is awesome. They’ve got it all!!

Found this place by accident and wasn't it a gem! Guys just opened 3 weeks ago, the meat is fresh, and I got myself a steak. A bit overcooked it to my taste, but God was it melting in my mouth or what. Will be coming again

We could not believe at the price they charge for such high quality material. We didn’t need a knife for the steak, it melts in the mouth. We fed 8 people for less than $100 it was amazing. I can’t wait to try the next thing!
