Called the company to clean inside and outside all cabinets and drawers of kitchen and bathroom, and closets. Job well done and they did a little extra ! Very easy to communicate with - right from the beginning, keeps you up to date just before the appointment to tell you the time they arrive. Will call them again for any other job I may need. Natganic provided an excellent experience for me. They were extremely easy to communicate with and we're able to book me for a Deep Clean the next day. The cleaner showed up promptly at 8 am (I wasn't even ready as I'm so used to people showing up 15 minutes late to the end of the hour long window) and took care of everything without issue. I wish I was thoughtful enough to take before or after photos, but from baseboards to tops of windows, the place is in great shape. Will be having her back regularly to help us keep the place clean. Thanks again to the Natganic house cleaning team.

I tried several different cleaning services before I found Natganic, and this one is truly the BEST! I’ve had the same cleaner almost every time, and I love it—things are so much easier when someone is familiar with what you like. Worker is thorough, and I always know I’m going to come home to a perfect apartment. Other cleaning services would cancel on me at the last minute, but Natganic has never done that. In fact, Natganic is super flexible and has worked with me when my schedule has been messy. I highly recommend them!

Natganic was able to accommodate my schedule, they were competitively priced, and the customer service was exceptional. The ladies that cleaned my home left it emaculate and sparkling from top to bottom - even able to tackle some tough areas that I had trouble getting clean myself. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! The cleaner came to my house this morning and accomplished absolute perfection in just a few hours - it would have taken me all weekend to do what she did. I had originally thought I only would need one cleaning to reset after a long stretch of crazy hours at work that left my house in not the best shape, but now I’m thinking this is going to have to happen more often simply because she has gone so far above my expectations. I am thrilled! Thank you!!!

They did a great job! The cleaner was efficient and friendly and did an excellent job, and the customer support people were very helpful at getting a cleaning scheduled super quickly (within 24hours!). Definitely recommend using.

Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they were thorough. I never expected them to go into every single display cabinet and through every single shelf we had and individually clean/dust the items, but they did! They pulled up area rugs and mopped/vacuumed underneath them, they asked lots of questions if they were unsure (which is great because I'd rather you ask me about cleaning or moving something before it breaks) and they were so fast. Best part, the house smelled incredible and fresh when they were done. Overall we would absolutely request them again - good vibes all around and a very, very thorough clean. thanks ?

I have been using Natganic for more than two years in my place after buying my condo. They started with a deep clean of the apartment that I was living in - they arrived on time and did a fantastic, thorough job. My condo gets cleaned every other week and the crew who work for them are always thoughtful and do a detailed job of cleaning. They always arrive timely and I always appreciate their work. They did such a great job!!! I hired Natganic for a move out deep clean - and I think the apartment looked better than what it looked when I got the keys during move in. The transformation of the apartment was phenomenal. I wish I had taken before/after photos because I couldnt believe my eyes when I first walked into the apartment. Definitely going to be recommending/booking their services again. Thank you, you guys are amazing! ?

We've been using Natganic house cleaning for monthly cleanings for nearly a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the service. My Airbnb was cleaned by Natganic and this is what the guest had to say: "We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the property. The floor wasn’t swept properly (you felt the sand). The trash was left and there were fruit flies in the kitchen. (Not sure how Long it sat as we had no one renting the property a few days before us)."I caught these things myself and addressed them with the owner on 1 occasion, only to have the same cleaner return on the occasion mentioned above and repeat the same poor quality work. Even though my guest was refunded for the cleaning fee, she still gave my property a poor rating. Ratings in the vacation rental industry are critical to the success of the business. Natganic's service cost me my 5-star rating and set my business back.Service: Standard clean
