“Smartbox was recommended by my daughters college as an easy way to pack up your dorm for the summer without having to drive your belongings to a remote storage facility. It sounded like a good idea so I decided to do it. The box was supposed to be delivered on April 30th and I was supposed to receive a phone call before it was shipped. Neither of those things happened, and what made it worse is that I couldn't get anyone on the phone for a couple of days. I stumbled across the name of someone who works for the company and I decided to reach out directly. I explained what had happened and how much it was stressing my daughter out, and the person offered to try and make it right on the spot. He said that he would call my daughter directly once he had it figured out, and that's exactly what he did. He called my daughter to inform her the box was delivered to her school, and then he followed up with me via text. I have worked as a retail manager for over 25 years, and I understand things don't always go the way you'd like them to. All that matters to me is that someone takes control of the situation, follows through on their promises, and genuinely works hard to solve the issue. That is exactly what happened in my case and I have John to thank for it! Nicely done Smartbox.”

“I had a tedious move on a condo taking furniture out at the same time new furniture was being delivered and Haulin Assets was recommended by our condo concierge because other residents had used them and given good reviews. From the very beginning George was very professional and courteous with setting my appointment time and explaining charges ( which were better rates than competing companies). Then on the day of the move, CJ called me 30 minutes early to tell me he would be on time which I appreciated the notice! As soon as CJ walked up he had a huge smile, introduced himself and shook my hand and assured me I didn’t need to worry about anything now that he and James were there. I loved their professionalism and confidence! Throughout the move, he and James were wise and precise about getting the furniture from one place to another and very attentive to not damage anything. Truly both the men were so very nice and made the experience wonderful. I will never use another local moving company after using Haulin Assets! And for what it also worth I asked the guys about the owners and leadership of the small business and they were very complimentary of how they loved working for such a great company and owner. All around a great experience!! 5 stars!!!”
