I have had past experience with management in my working days. I have never encountered an employee in this day and age of being so dedicated to the job as Shanika was. She went way out of her way on helping me getting a problem solved to get signed up, and at the same time servicing people that were coming in the store. I really hope that you are aware of the employee that you have. She is worth her weight in gold. please give her a raise. If I was still managing at this time, I would definitely steal her from you
