I have had past experience with management in my working days. I have never encountered an employee in this day and age of being so dedicated to the job as Shanika was. She went way out of her way on helping me getting a problem solved to get signed up, and at the same time servicing people that were coming in the store. “Attentive; prompt; friendly n very thorough service. Rep Benai and team went above and beyond to ensure my monthly bill and promotions would not be impacted with the transition to a new phone. They made sure I had the necessary accessories and also understood how they functioned. They took time to explain and show me how to use them; even ensured I was aware of the warranties each one had and show me where to register them.The team at this store work very well together. Very kind; knowledgeable and transparent. From my experience I can honestly say they are more about serving customers and ensuring a great customer experience than they are about pushing products to sell like other stores. This is a great store and I recommend them.”
