This particular store was very clean, well lit, and full of friendly staff members ready to assist you. The staff members were very knowledgeable, and I found everything I was looking for and then some extra stuff. I went to the website and got a 25% discount that could have been applied to sale items also, and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

This is a large Michael’s. I found it to be clean and well stocked. The best part of my visit was my cashier who was engaging and related to what I was buying. She was friendly and seemed to really want to connect. I really appreciate above and beyond service!!

I come here once in awhile but I find that most home decor items and scrapbooks, etc. are all very expensive. So I buy things when they are marked down. The cashiers are always super nice and courteous! ?

Brought my 12 year old granddaughter in to buy a specific crafting tool. I was told isle # and proceeded to look and not find it. I located a sales associate and restated my quest and was told isle # and location. I requested she bring me to the piece as I was just there and couldn't find it. She declined saying "it's right there". She relented and we followed her where she went, she couldn't find it. Bad attitude from the get go.

I love this store they have the most beautiful things a little high priced. But over a great store, employees are helpful and respectful and the store is very clean.

I used to love going here for Halloween and finding cool things for the holiday. Now, all they have is low-end junk. Nothing worth buying anymore. Shelves seemed half empty throughout the store.
