Can't get cell batteries here. I know they are cheaper on eBay. But I would, in the past, pay the higher price to get one right away.

This is one of the biggest metro stores I've ever been to , the people were knowledgeable and pleasant. it's good to see a company that actually holds on to thier employees convenient to always find the same friendly people.

Horrible customer service ! Went into switch my service back to metro and the man who worked there advised me to go back to T-mobile and then come back once I know my log in ID. The man did not even give me a chance to retrive my log in through my email. I no longer felt welcomed as a returning customer to metro and lost all interest to do any business with metro pcs today.

Some young smart assed dark haired girl waited on my and Ill say this If I was the manager there she would be FIRED- no respect whatsoever and could care less about customers-she obviously has a low IQ-looks like they let anyone work there.

MetroPCS is the worst customer service related company in the face of the Earth incompetency exudes from the front desk and you never can get the right person on the phone all their car centers go to another place other than United States where you can't even understand the people talking
