Today I went to request a new line and the girl who helped me is a scammer, she charged me 25 dollars for a cable that I neither asked for nor had she given me. I went to ask another metro store and they told me that I had to ask for the cable or that They gave me my money back because that is a scam and when I left the store they were just laughing, I can't imagine how many poor people they have done the same thing to. I do not recommend that you visit this store at all!

BE CAREFUL, CHECK YOUR CHARGES. I went to get prepaid service bringing my own device, but they add a charge for activation using a product item (cell phone holder) and they added insurance without my permission, for a 60 dollar (50 plan and 10 sin card) was charged additional 18 Dollars , be carefully here. April 2023.

Store closes at 7pm, got there 5:20, waited more than 30min, when the girl started helping me the “manager” or guy who works there told her to stop serving me becaUse they were only taking payments at that time. He was very rude, hated my experience at this place. The guy who worked there before and the girl helping me were very polite and helpful this guy should be fired. Worst experience!

Bad service from the girl at the counter, I almost had to pull the words out of her mouth, none says even “hi” when you go inside, girls who work there are always watching tik tok instead of helping you ,and I asked for a 50 dollar plan but they got me a subscription for 60 . I have tried to call them since yesterday and they never answer.
