This location is the by far one of the worst metro pcs locations i have ever dealt with. I have been a metro pcs customer for over 19 years and have not been to a metro location as much as I have for the past week dealing with the East pompano location. I first spoke to Lina who sold my grandmother a Iphone 11 for $320. Per Lina the phone is valued at $620 but based on a promotion if she pays $20 cash she can get the iphone 11 for $320.00 . My grandmother has been with metro for over 5 years but in order to get the promotion she had to register as a new customer (my grandmother was uneasy doing it) but was convinced she was actually walking away in a better position with a brand new Iphone 11 for $320 which was described . After an hour of what seems like an illegal transaction we left without Lina providing a receipt or my grandmother new phone number that she so adamantly wanted to give her. I returned 3 days later with the phone (unused) still in the box with all the NEW items that was given wanting a full refund.. Since metro pcs has a 14 day guarantee on a new phone as long as it was in the original box and receipt (that Lina did not provide) only to be told my grandmother did not qualify for a refund. I have been to metro pcs 7 times total based on lies given to me by Lina. I was told on May 10 that I had to return only on Tuesday because of the promotion I would need to only speak to Erica (the manager) well I later found out that was not true per Erica my grandmother could have came back that day. So not only have I been inconvenienced for the now 7th time. today 5/14 I spoke to Erica at 9:10am who after20 minutes told me their system went down to leave the phone so she can transfer all my grandmother information to her new phone . I specifically told Erica I would be back on my lunch at 3pm only to arrive and nothing was done... so from 9:10-3pm of having my grandmothers phone and taking my lunch to get the phone I again have to make another trip to the store full of incompetent women . When going to metro again at 5:10 we were advised the reason my grandmother did not receive a refund was because the accessories were not returned. Which is a complete lie I brought the (free accessories) on 3 different occasions and was advised my grandmother can keep the "gifts" that were given so again we are being lied to .Not to mention my grandmother purchased a iphone 11 for $320 and the phone she is being forced to take is valued at $234 . So not only were we inconvenienced going to metro a total of 7 times dealing with metro pcs, but my grandmother has not used her phone since last week, and she will be out of money paying for a phone she has never used. I AM GOING TO PUSH THIS UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE BECAUSE IF I WAS NOT ABLE TO ASSIST MY 84 YR OLD GRANDMOTHER WHAT A SITUATION SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN HANDLING IT ON HER OWN..... THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES THE ONES WORKING HERE ARE BROKEN (COMPLETELY BROKEN)

Worst metro store I have ever been too. Customer service in a word sucks! Been with metro for over 10 years but after exposure to these customer reps I will never pay metropcs again.... If I could give less then one star I most certainly would...tried to return phone I bought was refused after manager pointed out VERY SMALL print on small poster on desk..... Hadn't even left store wanted cheaper phone..... Tried to sell me cover that was apparently free with phone purchase...... All around VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with the staff at this store!!!!!

Stood at this store for a over a literal HOUR to make a return for a phone I puchased yesterday while the TWO clerks helped maybe a couple customers, one with a payment and another with an activation. (Should be noted that one of these customers was already being helped when I walked in) Just to be told that I cannot make said return until 48 hrs after my purchase date. Also the manager has to be present. Some of you might
think well next time "call ahead dummy" ...
I DID! and guess what THE PHONE IS DISCONNECTED. There's some irony in the fact the phone to a fuggin PHONE STORE is disconnected and out of service.
AVOID THIS LOCATION ITS TERRIBLE!
O-YEAH! THERE IS NO AC at THIS STORE IT MUST BE 80° INSIDE... SMH

First time customer at this location. Angelina assisted me in purchasing a new phone. She answered all my questions and was very patient and polite. It was a very pleasant experience. I will continue to use this location in the future.

Angelina and Erica both were wonderful - pleasant AND efficient and knowledgeable. I arrived noon on a Friday. No wait. I was upgrading from an ancient phone and it went smoothly. Thank you.
