I went to the store christmas eve with my 19 month old child. When I walked in there was 2 employees and 1 customer and had to wait a few minutes to even be acknowledged. After being told the cheapest phone was 170$ i asked if there's anything cheaper and magically the same phone price went down which I still felt is alot. After waiting over an hr for my phone to be turned on as well as sweating because the a.c was off and I have a teething child crying i finally got to leave and get home to realize they didn't put the receipt in the bag have no idea what I'm paying a month and had to call myself to find out what my son's number would be so I could tell him worst service ever I honestly feel like returning the phone and not even dealing with metro

The girls are super friendly and helpful, they do their job very well, they helped me choose my new cell phone at a good price and the best thing is that they speak English and Spanish, the truth is that they make their work incredible, thank you very much, the girls are the best
