Michael lives up to his name as a Mercedes Expert. I don't usually want anyone to wrench on my car but was in over my head with a repair that was out of my scope of experience. I shopped the repair with several shops and ultimately picked the Mercedes Expert. Michael successfully performed the repair and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. Thank you Michael and team for keeping an honest and reasonable shop. You are great!

A worker scratched my mirror. The owner attempted to fix it and broke it. He put on two temporary mirrors that were falling off. He refuses to replace it. Mercedes Expert overcharges. Be careful. I am not the only one who will not use them. It was brought to my attention today when I went over there that they refuse to work on my car because they do not want to c replace a mirror that was broken. I will be working with the Better Business Bureau and will work with an attorney.

I had my car at three locations before taking it here. They were fair and transparent throughout the process, kept me updated as they diagnosed the issue, got everything sorted perfectly, and all at a fair price. My Mercedes has never driven so nicely. My only regret is not coming to them first. Do yourself a favor and don't take your Mercedes anywhere else. 5 stars all the way.

We brought in a 2010 e550 and needed the ECU repaired. Mike was great and repaired it in a day. It still had a miss, so I brought it back. It turned out one of the spark plugs was not gapped properly. He replaced it and the car ran perfectly all the way back to Michigan! Great service at a great price! Thank you Mike!

Very highly recommended. Michael and his crew are excellent, I got my issue fixed in record time. They were able to squeeze me in as my issue was dire. Michael was great to talk to, very knowledgeable, direct and problem solver. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable.I will not take my Mercedes anywhere else now.Thank you guys for all your help.
