We had one of the worst experiences when the assistant manager on the service department contacted us regarding a problem with a car that we have only had for 18 months, and we are trying to find a solution. Matt Pickton is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude person one could imagine. I am surprised because for many years we have dealt with Mercedes-Benz representatives and have never had such a deplorable experience.

The service department assistant manager Matt Pickton is the most disrespectful, irresponsible, and unfriendly person due to the way he handles situations without providing any solutions to customers.
We had a situation with our car where he accused us of lying, simply to wash his hands of the issue and avoid providing a response about a new car that is under warranty and continues to have the same problem after more than three occurrences.

I bought my car in January 2023, and it now has 25,000 miles. Two months after purchasing it, I had an issue where it requested "Check engine oil level, add 1 quart," and the service department did not perform any diagnostics but simply added the oil. When it reached 15,000 miles, the same issue occurred again, and now it has happened once more (for 3rd time). The dealership has never provided me with any solution.
When this happened the first time, the dealer never recorded the problem in their system, performed any diagnostics, or explained how it was resolved. Last week, I had a call with the manager Matt Pickton, who was the rudest and most disrespectful person, accusing me of lying and telling me he could not confirm whether I was actually there when the issue occurred.
He seemed to attack me for asking for a solution and an explanation, rather than offering support to resolve my car's problem. Is this really the type of service manager that Mercedes-Benz dealerships employ?
I would never recommend trusting this dealership due to their practices, where they do not perform the work as required and attack customers for demanding something that is covered under warranty.

The service was great. I had been to the local dealership in my area an was highly disappointed with the service of the sales person so I drove 40 minutes to try another dealership in another city what a major difference. Mercedes-Benz of pompano is the place to go if you want to be treated like a organization should treat customers. Alexander an Paola wored hard to get it right which prompted me to buy. Stay away from pembroke pines and ft lauderdale mb dealership with there arrogant sale personnel

On the plus side the dealership is very nice and the staff is quite pleasant. My leasing experience there last month was not great. They misspelled my last name on the paperwork in spite of having a copy of my DL on file and as of today it's still not fixed. I didn't get my registration until a week later and that's only because I kept bothering them about it. They also entered the wrong email for me so I never got the Mercedes Benz survey. That's probably a good thing for them. They really need to pay more attention to details.

Poor Costumer Service, bought a car there like a month ago and now I have some questions regarding my paperwork and warranty, and I have been calling them for 2 weeks and nobody answer or return my calls. Worst Costumer Service.
