The service is excellent!!!! The waiting ara is great where you can work with a very nice environment including a coffee machine that serves a delicious capuccino. Everybody is very friendly. They are effective and efficient. Extremely clean and neat. Left very happy!!!

I always go to the Mercedes at Pompano Beach. The costumer service is great and so fast. I highly recommend this dealer is the best in the area. My service advisor Frank is great. Ask for him when you make an appointment.

No matter how big or small the issue is with C-300, Mercedes Benz of Pompano offers the best in customer service and exceptional repairs. I’ve tried several Mercedes dealerships in the area, but none offer the quality, knowledge and experience like Mercedes-Benz of Pompano!

Great service dept ! I usually visit them for tires, and for repairs on cars that are under warranty. I use Benz Mastertech for cars out of warranty, it's cheaper.
The service staff at Pompano is amazing though, Frank is my service advisor and he's the most dedicated, professional, pleasant gentleman you can have handling your car. The technician that serviced my S class recently was extremely skilled, and Mr Viola the manager or director of service was very accommodating to my requests during recent interactions. ? Thank you
