Worst dealership ever. Took them over three weeks to fix problem with car. Went to pick up car. Engine light was still on pick up car anyway taking car to another dealership. Will never buy another car mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach.

This is an awful dealership. They won’t honor my warranty and are charging me $4000 to fix the sunroof that won’t close. This should be covered by my warranty. I would give zero stars if I could.

Mercedes Benz of Pompano sold a Mercedes GLE350 2017 and then bought it back when I preferred a convertible. The management was fair, friendly, thorough, and prompt with both transactions. I recommend them.
