This office is very efficient. Every time I had my appointment time I was seen within 5 min of my scheduled time. Even sometimes seen earlier than my appointment time. “This is a 10 star review if possible! I didn't know Dr. Crespo was my PCP because I recently went on Florida Blue. Was scheduled for surgery Oct 7th. My surgeon's coordinator made a mistake in not informing me my PCP needs to sign off on everything after doing all requirements at MD NOW. His office couldn't get me an appointment in time and they suggested I show up early the next day before he arrives at 9am. Basically, beg the office for help! I did that, meeting one staff member 45 minutes before opening. Explained the situation and she said don't worry they'll help. Dr. Crespo showed up 30 minutes later. Introduced myself and explained the situation to him. He was so generous and took me right into the back. Had everything ready for him. He went over everything with me again and treated me with so much respect. His staff was incredible and Dr. Crespo just wanted to help any way he could. He showed so much empathy, treating me like we were friends and not just some stranger. Highly recommend Dr. Crespo to everyone! Never been more impressed in my life. Without his help, would never have gotten the authorization I needed to have surgery.”
