What a great place to remodel kitchens, bath and more, we remodeled the kitchen with Mazi, right from the beginning Josey designed the new kitchen and gave us a great deal. Her team did a wonderful job, from kitchen cabinet installation to installing the granite tops and the backsplash, They did it in a very short period of time. We were so impressed with the project from start to finish that we are doing our laundry room now and then the bathrooms. Thank you Josey for making our dreams come true.

I rarely post a bad review unless it is a really bad experience. I'm an experienced interior designer new to the area with years of experience in the field. Working on my investment property I was seeking to form my team here in South Florida. Sadly, I was conned out the gate with this company. Do not do business with Mazi Stone! The owner Yacoop is a dishonest man. I purchased custom cabinets and a custom countertop from him for my project that is not only inferior quality different than in his showroom but he also tried to minimize the the thickness of my countertop to 3/4" from the 1 1/2" we discussed prior to fabrication. It arrived and I sent it back since it was not what we agreed to and not what I ordered. He was rude and combative when this was brought to his attention then tried to turn it on me that I knew what I was getting? Wrong! I paid top dollar for horrible quality and unprofessional customer service. You'd probably get better service and quality from Home Depo! Go elsewhere! I do not wish this experience on anyone else. He's a horrible person to do business with. Very unprofessional and demonstrates shady business practices.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience doing my kitchen with Mazi Stone. My team included Yacob, Adam, and Douglas. My kitchen was definitely a challenge and everytime we had to make changes to the installation, the whole team was so accommodating. It turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. Yacob was my main contact person and it seems like he really cares for his customers and looks out for their best interests. Adam and his team are truly a master of their craft. Douglas really went above and beyond and made magic with my counter install. Everyone is great at their speciality and their expertise really shows.Services: Kitchen remodeling

I met Jacob when I was shopping around a year ago for my new kitchen. I got a quote from him and the price was better than previous quotes so I went along. The warehouse had lots of options and I decided on quartzite. I also like that it was a one stop shop, got faucets, sink etc. I paid all down-payment required.We spoke about timeliness and when it was time for delivery I was told enough notification wasn't given hence it was late. However when they arrived, faucet, sink and soap dispenser was missing that I paid for up front. Weeks later they were delivered. Then I started using my counter which looked good initially but then started to change shades and react to heat etc. Spoke to Jacob on it numerous times and he said every stone reacts differently, it took more than a mth for him to come back to look at the counter and reseal it. There was a very nonchalant approach to my concerns. The wine cabinet was too small, that took another length in time to be remedied. I also did my Bathroom cupboards and counter through them and that one wasn't too bad, the countertop is man made and is holding up much better.The customer service we got during all of this was poor, there was no regards for the poor quality counter that I have to live with. Also the pantry is too deep without pullout and lazy Suzan is tight. My fault as all the specs were given but I didnt understand. Going forward i will shop around the lowest price with a fast talker may not always give you the best.

Went in their showroom and looked around. The manager Stephanie seemed very nice and helpful. I gave her the measurements of my kitchen. She calculated 60 sqft of counter and 25 sqft of backsplash. They quoted $3900 and we were good with that. When their installer came to measure they came up with 62 sqft of counter and 31 sqft of backsplash and tried to tell me that the price would be $5000. Total waste of our time.In reply to Mazi Stone's response, we had already picked out the material when we got our quote and they knew we were in a normal single story home. This is just an excuse.

I was sent to this place for kitchen cabinets and kitchen counter top. I had placed my whole order with them and overall it was a stressful transaction. I was not happy with some of the cabinets, the process it took to get them delivered and the extra charges I paid. Overall, the experience was not a pleasant or easy one. I will not be purchasing anything from here again. Quick update: after my review, I received a phone call from the owner or manager not sure which one. But he called me and got upset at me for leaving this review instead of asking me what went wrong. He was arguing with me and being rude. Ive never had a company call me up like this after leaving a review. Very unprofessional.
