I'm very thankful to Mattress Firm for excellent customer service, we had Jessica call us immediately late on a Saturday night the moment she got the message that we needed some help doing a mattress exchange and she promptly resolved every single issue above and beyond my expectations. This reflects very well on Mattress Firm. I would definitely trust them for such an important purchase as a mattress is. She was beyond caring and swiftly arranged the new mattress of our choice to be delivered to us immediately.. Complete professionalism and ethical business practices.. I would definitely recommend mattress Firm to friends and family. They really care about their customers. I couldn't say enough about Jessica and how she showed up to help us so perfectly. This was our first time shopping at a Mattress Firm Store and it was a great experience!
Jason is knowledgeable and really took the time to show us the features of the bed bases and allowed us to go through the mattress inventory.
I was a little caught off guard by the initial questions but he’s truly trying to find what mattress is best for you and your situation.
He is what they call a sleep expert!
He was willing to work with us and explain the deals, warranty and product features.
Mattress shopping can be a daunting task, going store to store trying to find which one is worth sleeping on every night. Jason made it a seamless buying process and I’ll be coming back for the Temper Pedic Pillow!

Today I visited one of the Matters stores. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended by a salesperson who was with other customers, and soon another salesperson came to assist me. His name was Erick. He promptly showed me 4 different mattresses, explaining their differences. I received a covered pillow to lie down on the different mattresses and check which one I felt best on. In the end, I chose one of the mattresses and Mr. Erick offered me a good financing plan with no interest, delivery of the mattress with the removal of my old mattress for disposal. I really liked the service and I have 120 days to adapt to the mattress, if I don't adapt, I can return it or exchange it for another type. I recommend the place.
