Tyler Hill had the patience, energy, and knowledge to work with me for nearly a year to find the right boat. He stayed in constant contact throughout our extended search and he always treated me as an old friend. Working with Gus Morales in the finance department was flawless. Gus showed me a refreshing level of customer service that you, simply, do not see anymore in dealerships. I applaud the entire team for all their dedication and passion for the industry.

Horrible customer service. Everyone is all about follow up when then want you to buy the boat. After you have purchased and once you have an issue, the are incompetent and barely responsive. Avoid at all costs if you can get a boat and service somewhere else.

If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. The sales associate that was helping us, Jose, was drunk incompetent rude and didn't seem to know much about the yacht we were interested in. We took our Buisness elsewhere and I would never recommend marine max.

I attempted to contact Marine Max Pompano on multiple occasions during a 5-hour period, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone. I reached out to various departments, including Sales and Service, and even tried contacting the operator, but to no avail. It seems that they may not prioritize customer inquiries or have the necessary resources available for prompt assistance. This lack of responsiveness raises concerns for potential boat buyers, and it suggests that obtaining service from them could be challenging. Improved communication and availability would greatly benefit their customers

Just bought a new boat, Sea Ray 260 SLX. Brand new model and Marlie, the salesperson was very attentive to what I was looking for. Took delivery of the boat. Upon delivery since this was a new model they were upfront about anything happens to please call. Well as luck would have it the power sport top got stuck in the down position and the big family day was the next day. Marlie got the Mobil Marine Unit to come to the marine center I stored it at. Joey the tech had to go get a part and fixed it in no time. Both representatives, Marlie and Joey and their associates and with the dealership are the reasons I've bought my 3 boats there dating back to 2006! Thank you Marine Max Pompano!

Great experience with my Boston Whaler purchase. Best boat and service I’ve ever had! The trips they plan have taken me to the Bahamas and the Keys while feeling very safe with my family aboard. Truly an amazing lifestyle they work hard to create.

I bought a 2021 Aviara boat from Marine Max one of the engines went the first month with three hours on the boat and we had to get towed in from from Biscayne Boulevard. Marine Max fixed it pretty quickly for me after I complained weekly. Also all my drawers are loose and I’m waiting for one drawer to be replaced for six months. Not acceptable on a brand new vessel. I’m so disappointed in this boat It is a great boat and looks beautiful but so far everything is loose I’m still not happy with the service on this boat and the performance for a 2021 brand new boat that they can’t even fix the drawers very disappointing in aviaras craftsmanship I don’t recommend his boat. Would never purchase Aviara again.

Called today to request service for my still under warranty Sea Ray Sundeck with an electrical problem and won’t start. They told me no appointments for 6-8 weeks.
