Horrible customer service. Everyone is all about follow up when then want you to buy the boat. After you have purchased and once you have an issue, the are incompetent and barely responsive. Avoid at all costs if you can get a boat and service somewhere else.

If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. The sales associate that was helping us, Jose, was drunk incompetent rude and didn't seem to know much about the yacht we were interested in. We took our Buisness elsewhere and I would never recommend marine max.

From beginning to end doing business with this location is beyond AMAZING. BIG UP to Sam in Parts, David in Service and Joanny. They are all BEYOND AWESOME. I call here first for all my boating needs.
