I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found Rick C. From the moment I reached out, I felt like I was in good hands. He didn’t just treat me like another customer—he genuinely cared about fixing the issue and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way.
Rick arrived promptly and was incredibly respectful and kind. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and offered honest advice without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I know from previous companies it was mandatory to upsell as much as possible. It was clear that they wanted to do what was best for me, not just make a quick sale.
The quality of work was outstanding, but what really stood out was the care put into everything he did. He treated my home like it was their own, leaving everything clean when they were done. It’s rare to find such a combination of skill and genuine care in a service provider.

I signed up for the maintenance package and their service is horrendous, specially the call center that is clueless. "Reason to make you smile" they say when they pick up the phone, but it's more like a nightmare.
