Required some routine service on my jacuzzi spa. Since I had used Adam in prior years, I contacted him again. Same satisfactory experience as before. He kept me informed as to his scheduled arrival and arrived right on time. Was friendly and completed the job quickly. Thanks Adam and the next time I need service I'll be certain to call you.

Adam got my hot tub repaired within 24 hours. He communicated via text and even remembered me from a service call years ago. Prompt, professional, and fair pricing. He even tested and balanced the water before he left. No need to call anywhere else.

Bought my replacement Hot Tub from Luxe Outdoor. This would be our 3rd over 40 years. From the moment I walked in and spoke with Alexjandro, we knew it was going to be a great experience. No high pressure at all. He answered all our questions and concerns. We told him we would have to think about it and get back to him. We were comparision shopping different brands. After we left Alexjandro reached out to make sure we had all our concerns addressed and told us to call him if we needed anything.
Again no high pressure tactics at all. We ultimately decided to go with Jacuzzi for multiple reasons. First the reputation and quality. second the brick and mortar location allowed us to wet test and sit in the tub. Glad we did since each tubs jets configuration are different, so I was able to test a few and found the one best for us.
We had it deliveredand installed with a crane. Alexjandro coordinated everything for us that it went seemless and perfect.
Lastly and probably most important, having an onsite technician to service if we need it. Adam is amazing. After delivery there was an issue, Adam came out the next day and adjusted it. He then spent the time showing us all the settings, adjustments and how to maintain the new Hot Tub. He was beyond great.

Had a problem with the waterfall on my 6 year old Jacuzzi. Called the guys who sold it to me and they immediately arranged a visit to fix it. Communication was great, visit was smooth, Adam showed up on time, and the fix made for a reasonable price. Marissa and Adam take good care of their customers.

We purchased a jacuzzi and the experience from start to finish was smooth and simply professional. Marisa at Luxe was great, transparent and always available to answer all of my questions. Once delivered, she connected us with an excellent installation technician. Adam was not only committed to getting our jacuzzi running optimally, he was super patient and available. A true 5 star experience across the board.

Had an issue with my Jacuzzi and called this company. Was pleasantly surprised that I was able to talk with an actual person and schedule a service call within a week of my call. My service technician, Adam, kept me informed of when he would arrive. Adam was very professional and thorough. He spent time explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do for maintenance going forward. In this day of lack of customer service, it was refreshing to come across Luxe Outdoor Living and especially Adam. I totally recommend them both- they have a customer for life in me!

I highly recommend Luxe Outdoor Living. We’ve been enjoying our jacuzzi which we purchased several years ago from them. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Adam, in particular, anytime we have needed service or a repair. He’s always polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

My Jacuzzi is back working as new. I had an issue with my pump and called the store. Adam came this morning as promised on time. He was great. Very knowledgeable and with the best attitude to help and solve the issue. He worked hard and did a great job. At the end everything is back to normal and I know Adam will always be there. Thanks a lot
