Today I had the pleasure of meeting John in kitchen cabinets. He was incredible to work with and one funny character. He was fast and worked his magic in designing my dream kitchen. I was very happy with his design. I found this location nice. The staff was very friendly and approachable. I was in the flooring department and was helped by a great employee. he took his time to help me pick up the right materials I needed. I was lucky I ran into him. I found the store nice. I liked the holiday Displays. They looked beautiful. I found everything I needed and more lol. I did not have to wait very long to check out. This location is nice. I was glad I came.

Never never ever order appliances and have them installed by Lowes. I thought it would be simple. I called and ordered an appliance package. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. They asked if I had granite and I said yes. But they didn't tell me I need a special piece for installing the dishwasher. I had to leave the installer alone in my house and run out to Lowes to buy the part, or take another day off work and reschedule. They didn't tell me there are 2 different power cords for the stove. The delivery man attached a 4-prong, then left it in my living room. I have to go back to the store again for the other cord and wait for another driver to come out and change it. Told them I need late delivery, and they scheduled me for 8am. Wish i could give zero stars. Never ending nightmare!

Lowes delivered one washer and dryer that I realized was broken in the first 48 hours and returned. The second, top of the line Maytag washer and dryer was delivered and it took me a few days to realize something was wrong with it. Lowes will not accept return, replace or repair of any type. I'm actually paying to repair my $900 washer and still going to the laundromat. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Don't buy from them!!

Ordered a mini fridge because they showed it in stock for college drop off. Come to store they do not have make me stand there for an hour until they explain all they can do is refund me. Terrible customer service . Pro member for years way to treat loyal customers. Anyways went to Home Depot guess what they had it in stock and was out the dolor in 15minutes.

I went to my local Lowe's today, One in Pompano Citi Center, I needed some hardware to fit it difficult project, and I was lucky enough to get one of the representatives named Roy in the hardware department. He was excellent walked me through everything couldn't ask for anything better if you do need anything in the hardware area see if Roy is around you won't be disappointed Mike A

Simply the worst of everything. The only reason I come here is because it's close to our home. So I found a Nest doorbell for sale for $80.00. I couldn't find its whereabouts. Asked first associate. Not my department. Asked second associate but she simply walked away seemingly to busy. Went to register but told to go to customer service. Told why are they sending you here. Found an associate with Loews patches all over his shirt. No more stock, no replacement item, never took the sign down. All I got was a so sorry. My only hope is maybe they will sell to Home Depot some day.

People by the front registers and customer service were VERY helpful!!! I lost my bag with just purchased supplies. They went the 'extra mile' because they ran the camera for me, and I got my stuff back. I went from upset (with myself mostly) to feeling great again. Thank you so much.

I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.

Wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who helped me. It's been CRAZY these past few months remodeling my home because a lot of the projects I've been doing myself. Thanks to my father I've done more than I knew I could. I finally finished the laundry room. I couldn't have done it with all who helped me at Lowes every day or week I walked in with "how can I? Or how do I?" Someone always helped.... Or I YouTube lololol... I got rid of the water tank (professional did that). I used my old kitchen cabinets and repainted them black. I built a shelving under the cabinet (yes, I did it). I removed the damaged drywall and re build it (yes, I did that). I wallpapered the rest to match my gym (soon to show finished). I bought new washer/dryer. All I'm missing, which I've ordered at lowes is the countertop which is going over the washer/dryer. I ordered a walnut wood to accent the brick wall and black cabinets. It's going to bring it all together. You can follow my DIY Instagram account showing how to do these projects yourself. YES ladies, I did it without a man. You can too.
