“I ordered new countertops and a new sink from The Home Depot home services and was connected with Delorie. The process through Home Depot was a little wonky but I wanted to commend Delorie for their customer service and installation. We were in contact with Delorie directly after waiting close to two months for a status update from The Home Depot (who gave us the run around). They quickly remedied the situation and sent Franklin for install. Franklin was so helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during install and before leaving. “I was given the name of this company by my builder because I was remodeling my guest bathroom and needed a countertop for the small vanity that was installed. I called and immediately received a response from Justin who told me to come by and look at samples. I told him what I needed and he helped me select my quartz countertop. It is beautiful! Justin was able to come to my house the same day and measure so the fit would be perfect. I was able to get the countertop installed very quickly and can only say between the product and service I am 100% satisfied.”

“Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation.
