You guys are not even BBB accredited like who I actually work for but surely will be reported no resolution has been done and you decide to repo a car under 30 days the car you sold me but gave an impression it’s only a temporary vehicle until Monday and do a trade due to it’s condition but you went back in your word which is supposed to be bond but clearly you individuals do not operate with good intentions leaving me with a car that has been gutted out from the interior clearly been in a accident before not a clean title no radio is one thing no speakers no horn and no airbags also along with it considering it’s obviously been in a accident prior along with the mechanical issues and the car breaking down on me not even a month after getting it no concern for me as the customer even although I reported multiple times the issues with the car the safety concerns more especially with my child who has autism spectrum for a safe traveling vehicle who doesn't know any better as a child more especially but I have never dealt with an experience so horrible like I'm treated less than I really feel that way because that’s what your company put me through just no care at all about my safety just take my money and no refund offered to end the situation and concerns about a product I'm supposed to purchase goes ignored and they were ignored certainly but then your telling me to pay money towards a lemon that I never intended on keeping when u was supposed to exchange it for something such as the dodge avenger you said would be ready by a following Monday after I drove off with the car that day you did not keep your word as a business or as a person to your customer you lied to my face just to take my money and you don't even do refunds so you just trap people and make money grab attempts and sit up like your a top tier business when all you do is press people for money and repo less than 30 days it's past ridiculous very sad but stay tuned I’ll be making contact soon enough

Dealing with Keen Auto Mall was very refreshing. We had called on another vehicle in Sebring - drove 1.5 hours to find out it was sold. Keen on the other hand has been great. We called on our SUV, drove 2.5 hours and with in house financing picked our vehicle up the following week. They have a wonderful selection of vehicle to meet anyone's needs. Thank you so much.

Bad Business Practices, charge 3 times as much for cars check the history of their cars before buying guy has nasty arrogant attitude. Financed a 6000 car for 20000 then put on my credit which was fraud report them DMV and state of Florida
