The good: quick thanks to Humberto for being communicative, patient, and accommodating during the purchasing process. Appreciate the drinks and pizza. For that, I give em a single star. Congrats.
The bad: They do not perform quality assurance repairs or checks prior to reselling their vehicles. The ‘14 Prius I purchased had brake issues that was apparently a known issue under an extended warranty where the issue would’ve been fixed by Toyota free of charge. There were signs that there was something wrong prior to the purchase, and that was on me to not ask a professional mechanic prior to purchase. But the warranty was still active in their possession, and rather than fix it FOR FREE, they resell it at about $1500 under market value. With the warranty now expired, repairs will now cost me $3000. Since I only bought this car three weeks ago, I figured I’d try reaching out to them to see if they’d help me, but they claimed they simply resell cars as is. Be extra wary when shopping for cars here, as they’re neither guaranteed to be in good condition nor priced fairly.

I had an outstanding experience at KD's Auto Sales. Our salesman, Humberto, and the owner, Kris, went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. When the bank gave me the wrong kind of loan, they worked with me to get the issue resolved. Humberto even stayed over an hour after closing time to make sure everything was sorted out. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla at a price that was below the KBB for the mileage! I've had the car over a month now, I've put 4,000 miles on it and it's working great! Obviously, when you buy a used car you take a gamble, but I've always been happy with Toyota's, and I expect this car to last a long time! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car!

Ultimately, you get what you pay for. I flew over 1500 miles to get a 2009 Prius, and ended up having it die in Orlando. Fortunately, the issue was the 12v battery. Y'all claimed it was new, and yes, it was, it's just the issue was it had been sitting out for years. After Orlando, the odometer had stopped working, the antifreeze was bone dry. The interior was in ROUGH SHAPE. Granted, it is a used car and it is what it is. But there was a list of problems that came with it. Fortunately, I'm replacing my previous Prius so I have the majority of the parts. Other than that, the service is great. They went over next door to grab themselves some drinks and included me and my fiencé for Dr peppers. They were patient with us as we had problems getting payments through, but they worked it out. If you're ever curious, they use debit/credit, cash, Zelled..?? And wire. They'll work with you. I'm thinking the oil sat out a while too.. definitely wasn't worked on while it sat. Regardless, the people there are great, and they got me a car that could work for at least 1500 miles.

I had no idea that my first stop in today's car shopping adventure would result in my first and last stop.Wayne is nothing short of informative, creative, and personable. I was thoroughly impressed with the operational flow of this shop. Back office was in sync with Wayne and Wayne was in sync with me. Extremely seamless transaction. The owners chris and katie are absolute saints, they sold me a great low miles 2010 ford crown victoria for a great deal, they are pillars of the community! They even keep a mentally disabled salesman on staff with dementia who can’t remember names or numbers and it costs them sales but they do it just because they help the needy! God bless!

Scam Scam Scam Scam scam Don’t Buy from this dealership They Sell Cars with Bad Transmissions the Sales Guy Wayne will tell u it’s a great Car and the Owner Cris will Pretend he is away at home and Wayne will call him and get u a price when u buy the car and take it home u will have a lot of trouble Maby the same night or the next day when u call to report the problems they will tell u it’s a used car and u paid already it’s As is Cars they don’t give any money back or warranty Wow I lost 13,000 Dollars over night I’m now taking him to court for my Money back Don’t Use this place unless u want to be Scammed Scammed Scammed I hope everyone reads the reviews before they purchase here don’t buy anything from this place go somewhere else fast
