If I could give this dealership 0 stars that would be too good for the. The worst customer service ever in sales and especially service. No communication. They are so short handed they can not get work done or even have time to look at your vehicle. I can't stress enough to avoid this dealership at all cost.

The worst service . Incompetent staff. Total rip off. If you have a Chrysler Dodge or Jeep go to another Chrysler dealership. They lie and make false promises, that will only cost you money. Keep away!

I was shopping for a car this weekend and made an appointment with Joey Accardi. Everything was great up until the point of when I got there. When I arrived I was greeted by someone on the lot and told them I had an appointment. I waited outside for around 15 minutes waiting on the sales rep. He brought the keys so I could turn the car on, once turning the car on the check engine light was on and the car was dirty. After test driving and coming back I sat down to look over paperwork noticing a 1500$ reconditioning fee. When I asked about the fee they told me it was the cost of getting the car ready to sell. A dirty car and check engine light on isn't a car that is ready to sell.

I very rarely go out of my way and take the time to write a review, and I only do it when a business and/or individual truly deserve to be recognized. I have a 2022 jeep compass Trailhawk lease that I acquired at a different dealership that will go unnamed because my experience with that dealership couldn't hold a candle to type of service I have now had the privilege to experience at Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep, and in particular I'm referring to Rick Quinones and Dane. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that the three experiences I have now had with Joey Accardi have made me a customer for life; furthermore, with over 20 years as a dedicated customer with a Ford dealership in Massachusetts and with all of the hard earned money that I gave to that dealership over that 20 year period......In just a matter of one year the Joey Accardi dealership has surpassed the 20 year relationship that I had with that Ford dealership, so I highly recommend trying the Joey Accardi dealership and service team at least once to form your own opinion, because I will be back for sure and if you go in to check it out look for Rick Q and Dane. Edit: The next morning the dashboard informed me that an oil change is needed. Before the sale we asked what was done to prep the vehicle and what was included in the inspection and reconditioning charges. We were shown a list of everything that had been done. The J.D. Power Edge Certified Pre-owned checklist states that the process involves replacing the engine oil and filter. Now we are questioning if we need a mechanic to perform a complete inspection of the vehicle. We are reducing the review from 5 stars to 3 because trust and transparency are important for this type of transaction. :End EditMike, Eric, Chris, and Urbain were personable and professional. The vehicle was exactly as described and we are happy with the price. It felt honest. They were also patient with us when our bank’s system crashed.Thank you!

Their service department has 1 technician. ONE! For a dealership this size you'd think there'd be more. Anyway, I had my car towed in, spent $780 to get it fixed. As I'm leaving the lot, they told me the check engine light (which was not on when I dropped it off) would go off after 50 miles... 300 miles later it's still on. Additionally I realize the horn is also not working. Dropped my car back off on Sunday & was assured they'd get it to the next day. By Tuesday I left 5 messages to get an update, no one called me back. Wednesday same thing. Thursday same thing! By Friday I drove up there and the service advisor Dane Walker said it's being looked at now and should be done by end of day. Around 330pm Friday, Dane calls and say everything is fine, the car is safe to drive. The horn should be working, they checked it twice, but another issue was discovered and now they have to order a part... so the check engine light will still be on. I come pick up the car, order the part and drive off the lot. Two miles later I discover the horn still doesn't work. I turn around and drive back to the dealership!I tell Dane the horn doesn't work, he nonchalantly says it "was working when we tried it." Dude really?! It was working an hour ago for you all but it's magically not working for me now??? While I should have called him a liar- I simply say, "how can I trust that my car is safe to drive like you told me it was- when the very issue you said was fixed, in fact wasn't?!" He just stares at me. I ask when the service tech will be in on Saturday, he tells me to come back in the morning around 9. I've been without my truck for over a week and no one can even tell me what they did or did not fix. Now, not only am I nervous about driving my truck, I don't know if these people are even competent enough to fix it. So when I go in Saturday to see the tech, I will be asking to speak to the GM- this is ridiculous!! Stay tune!

This has to be the worst experience (service department) I've ever had in my years of owning vehicles. Buying was a fine experience, but I'm sure that has everything to do with them knowing I'll be spending A LOT of money on a truck. Since I've owned the vehicle, 2021 brand new, I've had a couple recalls and 2 other issues that needed attention. Seeing as I bought the bumper to bumper warranty and purchased vehicle there, I've only gone there, that was a mistake. Don't even waste your time trying to call them, takes me a minimum of 10-15 calls over 2 days to get ahold of them. The absolute worst service department and communication I've ever seen. My vehicle sat there for 10+ days and no call to update me, once i finally got ahold of them they said they have 1 tech and no one has even looked at it. They said it will likely be another 7-8 days until someone can "maybe" look at it. I gave them chance after chance to try and make it right, but nothing. They also returned my vehicle to me twice saying they couldn't hear the issue that i hear every day while driving it. Told them I'd drive with the tech to show them the sound, that never got scheduled. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership or support them in any way, they don't care about their customers whatsoever.

Randy was absolutely amazing to work with! I had been in touch with several dealerships trying to find the exact Sahara I was looking for, and Randy was the only one that could deliver. I drove three hours to make the deal, and Randy had everything ready for me so I could sign and drive as soon as I got there. Would absolutely recommend this dealership as they go above and beyond to make their clients happy!

My husband and I had an AMAZING experience today at the Joey Accardi dealership. I left with my first NEW car!! Gus was very accommodating and walked us through many different options. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions! He made the long car buying experience worth it. Kenny also helped us leave with a BEAUTIFUL deal that we could not walk away from. Robbery happened during service. Dropped the car off for service that was included in the new car warranty. Parts had to be ordered I start getting sun pass bills of the car being driven on the turnpike. When I pick up the car I noticed sever items missing from the jeep. I call. The manager picks up and says he is going to review the tape and call me back. I had to call five more times over a month. Each time they said someone will call me back and never did. When I finally went into the dealership in person. He says. I couldn't see inside the car. When I asked them to fix the recalls they kicked me out of the dealership. The worst service. Treat people like scum. Clearly they don't need customers if they treat them like this. Pls go somewhere else and avoid the brand. I have other car brands and am treated with respect.
