Just because it is listed in the internet as if they were still at their liceo in Pompano but they are no longer there and I agreed to drive quite far , near all the way West Boca. The problem is that this it seems shop is only serviced by one Jaguar expert. The day I had an appointment he had a medical emergency and unfortunately my husband driving his car to take me back home and me driving my car wasted our time. Not worth aggravation if you live in Pompano!I have it three stars because the poor guy didn’t call to cancel our appointment because he went to the doctor. On the phone he did seem very knowledgeable and I bet he is a great mechanic. Just wished he still had a location in Pompano.

Mitch is the last of the breed. If he doesn't know whatever there is to know about Jaguars, it doesn't exist. However, it is not just his knowledge and skills that set Mitch apart: he is one of the most decent people you could ever deal with. Most of the folks Mitch deals with have known him for years, if not decades. Count me in.

Rescheduled previous appointment due to my career, was informed that I could bring in the vehicle four days later which was fine. Called the evening before 09/23/20 @1600 to confirm appointment for the next morning, there was no answer not a voice mail. Reached out earlier today 09/24/20 @0900 to confirm, the gentleman told me that I can drop the car off but there's no guarantee it would be seen today. I stated, isn't that the reason for the appointment, he then hung up the phone.

Great place to service my Jaguar. They only do Jaguars and have been doing them for a long time. New rear brakes and pads was half what a dealer quoted, so you can bet I will be coming back here.

We have used Mitch for years for our Jaguars. He is like a brain surgeon for these finicky cars. He can tell you what's wrong right away and give yo ua reasonable estimate to fix it. He's great!

I purchased a low mileage used 2013 XJ from this dealer when it was called Alpine. Each time, I visited they claimed that extensive repairs were required that were not covered under the 5 year 60k warranty they provided. Among other things, the interior buttons melted in the summer. They claimed the factory known defect from faulty parts to be cosmetic.(It was gross.) Next it was the tires, the air conditioning, the thermostat, the front brakes.....I took the car to a dealer up north and called corporate. The “sticky finger” was due to faulty buttons estimate for repair 6k. (They accommodated a little.)The ac was fine, the thermostat is fine, a valve was stuck and covered under warranty in the ac, it is also fine. The tread on the tires was good. Two years later, I replaced the two front. The back still has tread. The only expensive repair that they were correct about was the front brakes. I am a blonde female who may look like a mark. All I can say is that I double checked, and the overwhelming opinion of the Jag dealer in NY and the repair shop here in Pompano was they were correct in one area. I did need new front brakes. The repair was $450.00. The estimates that they gave me mounted to over 10k. Always, double check!

Mitch is a great guy. His knowledge of Jaguars is beyond anyone I know. If it was not for mitch my 2009 XK would be in the junk yard. He always tells me the truth, good or bad news. Before mitch I was at a few shops claiming to work on Jaguars. They can't, it cause me thousands looking for the right shop. Thank God I found it. Jaguar owners, if you live in South Florida there is only one shop to get your car fixed. Jag Repairs
