I was recommended to them by my contractor guy, I purchased my kitchen from them and we were missing the same 2 boxes for 2 cabinets. I have tried to get the pieces from them, they just handed the furniture, they did not explained what they were providing, the list they gave us did not show the amount of boxes, just the cabinet code and how many units we were buying. They are walking away from any responsibility stating we signed for the product reception, without us knowing they were failing to give us all the packages. They even gave us a product we did not purchase. The guy that was handing the products (which, by the way, was the owner) was all over the place, he took pieces back and forth, when I went back to them, Juliana insinuated I was trying to get advantage of them, really? For me asking for the product you failed to provide? What the F am I going to do with 2 sets of doors and drawers without cabinet box?! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEAE PEOPLE, THEY ARE IRRSSPONSIBLE AND DO NOT RESPOND FOR YOUR PRODUCT.

J&K Kitchen Bath &Stone helped me create a beautifully functional and very attractive kitchen for my condo. I sat down with Sang who was able to quickly pull together a design as I described what I envisioned. The cabinets were ready in about one week. My carpenters who installed the cabinets were able to work with Sang when irregularities arose, not in the design or the cabinets, but with the room itself. Not only am I thrilled with the kitchen, but ecstatic over the price!

Have had nothing but the best experience with J&K. Helen is great to work with, and the delivery guys were awesome! Had a cabinet that was damaged, and they had a new one to me the next day! Even my contractor is impressed. Great quality in the cabinets and care! Highly recommend.

Unless you are working with a contractor don't bother with this place. It is a small showroom. I walked in twice, no acknowledgment from the person sitting at the front desk. I was in the showroom at least 10 minutes both times, not one salesperson asked if I needed assistance. I walked out both times. There are plenty of companies that would want my business. The product is also made in China and is expensive.

Helen at J&K was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Helen for buying cabinets at a very good price point as well as assembly services. This is our second purchase through Helen for Naples kitchen remodels. Helen offered professional design/layout of my kitchen while offering suggestions which prevented a costly mistake in my original design and a much better look for the finished product. Dovetail drawers quality constructed 3/4” cabinets look great. Here’s a couple pics before completing full kitchen.

For all the negative remarks there are twice as many 5-Star reviews. Although there's a showroom in a brick and mortar location. J&K mainly sells to contractors, these are high quality, all wood kitchen cabinets. If you want customer service and poor quality, go somewhere else. If you want quality, be patient, especially with working conditions and the environment in the construction industry as a whole. The world is still in shambles because of COVID-19 inflation is rampant and material & labor shortages are real. If you want quality in today's economy, you have to wait.

First and last time coming to this place. I walked in and no one greeted me although they all walked by and saw me standing there. Not one employee bothered to come over to say hello or asked if I needed assistance. They had the time to get with each other, talking and laughing, but 40 minutes later.... still no one said a word. I didn't leave because I was waiting for my contractor to make a purchase. I will never come back to this place nor will I refer anyone here. The lack of customer service is mind blowing! I wish I could give it less than 1 star.

My Contractor James Cohen with USA Restoration and Renovations brought us here to look at cabinet samples. He walked us through their floor models and explained each component and necessity for our kitchen. I look forward to our beautiful kitchen and bathroom cabinets!

I have mixed feelings. Went there first to get a quote for kitchen cabinets. The sales rep was pleasant, courteous and professional. Went back a second time to request a minor change to the specs and to order and pay for the cabinets. The second sales rep was extremely unprofessional, impatient and dismissive. He seemed unwilling to help, or to even want to help. I wore a mask and stayed an acceptable distance from him and he still acted like I have the plague and he was in fear for his life. When I explained the change I wanted, he first said it could not be done, then when I asked him to explain why, he gave me a nonsensical explanation. He then said he would make the change but I should wait. I waited. He did not have another client working with, and he was not making or taking phone calls. He just sat at his computer typing. After several minutes of this, I gathered my dignity and left. I love their cabinets, and went there to purchase, however I will take my money and go spend it where its appreciated. Its ironic that I now plan to purchase from another place that's a bit pricier, but with way nicer sales people.

These cabinets are awful. I have had them for almost 4 years. 6-8 of my drawers and doors no longer open or close correctly. I looked up the warranty and of course the hinges and drawer slides only have a 1 year warranty--now I know why--the hardware is garbage. Now I am going to have to pay to have them fixed--and only after 4 years (we are 2 adults living alone so no it's not misuse).
