Many helpful employees. They only sell you what you need not pushy with their products. They do speak English but Spanish is their dominant language.

Customer service so bad, the fork lift operator doesn't help to load the truck, he said it was just a courtesy, at employee discretion... Disrespectful, almost all lumber store helps the customer as possible. They don't like the work they do.

They said that closed at 4:30, but I arrived there at 4:20 and the door was closed, no one hanging the phone and the guy inside stayed there like I was not knocking on the door.I drove from Boca to here and you guys wasted my time.

The Imeca lumber and hardware in Boca Raton Florida, DO NOT!!! recommend. The Spanish lady is very rude. She sold me some hardware and I bought extra I wasn't sure how many I needed. When I went back to return the hardware I lost my receipt, she told me she would not take them back. Mind you they are still wrapped in original package. Smh. That is BAD business.
