I was on bike and inquired to the status of a home in need of updating on 2731 NE 6th St .The apparent broker / realtor arrived and after I greeted him I inquired to the asking price . He said “‘it’s two million dollars you got that? “. Then walked away.Dismissive rude and unkempt person .The home of the 1% listing ?You get what you pay for .Pass

Chris invested time to get to know me in order to advise me. His patience is beyond! And his knowledge of Pompano and Lauderdale by the Sea is impressive. Chris knows building history and where assessments are being levied and advised me as to future costs and what makes financial sense. He is familiar w the neighborhoods to show me houses as well. Chris was great to work with. He was very patient, looked at a number of properties as we worked remotely. Due COVID I was stuck in Upstate New York. He knew what I was looking for, gave great advice and guidance on location, value and condition. He arranged for me to work very professional people to get the mortgage approved and have the closing. I can't thank him enough for the extra effort. There are countless real estate agents out there, none as good as Chris.
