I cannot stress enough about how life changing this school and the entire staff has been for not only my sons life as well as our family. I can only pray other parents can have their kids experience this amount of care, love and grace. MRS RANUKA is just about the most amazing teacher ever encountered, she’s the reason my son kept on going, pushed through and believed in himself, despite all his challenges. Shes the teacher you grow up thinking about how she’s made a difference in your foundation as a child, specially in the younger years. He was diagnosed with adhd and his journey wasn’t always easy, some days harder than others. Mrs Irma and Mrs Ty had been such a support, from paperwork’s to pep talks (not only to my son but myself as a mom on his hardest days), these people have been a huge support system for my son and I am forever grateful to this entire staff. Mrs Brenda is as cool as it gets, with all the entertaining convos my son would come home telling us about, she’s a hidden gem and so amazingly patient. I am a parent who questions EVERYTHING and is super specific (that latina picky mom). Never ceased to amaze me their grace with every conversation. They root for you, fight for you, care for your children and their well being and their family. As a child of an educator myself, I know school staff and teachers don’t always get the appreciation they deserve at times, credit is due when it’s more than deserving! Truly a dream team, wish we weren’t moving out of the state. My son went to school here from pre-k to 2nd grade (Summer camp and spring break), he would of stayed here all the way to 5th grade. Mrs Lisa is beyond lucky for such a beautiful hearted team, they have created some core memories in my little boys life. Love this team so much!

Amazing learning institution. I’m on my second child there. My first child attends all advanced magnet programs after the preparation received at this facility. Wonderful academics made fun.

My review on goggle was long and truthful and they have removed it, so here you go. September 14, 2018 I called the school since there reviews were okay and a parent referred me. I spoke with Irma and told her that I could not pay the registration nor my portion until 2 weeks due to the fact I just started a new job and got paid twice a month. Per Irma it was okay and my baby (20 months) can start Monday the 17th. When we got there everything was fine until I meet my baby's teacher Amanda which wasn't pleasant, I asked a question as to why my baby couldn't wear a bib while eating and got a nasty reply that I need to ask the owner Christina per her the toddler's CAN Choke, really as if they sleep with it on. The deliverance of the teacher Amanda was nasty and uncalled for. Tuesday was ok. Wednesday I was asked about the registration fee and I explained to Christine the conversation that I had with Irma she said she will speak with her. Thursday comes same question about the registration fee and now there's another issue about my ELC program saying that I only have child care for 4 days. I didn't believed what Christina said, if anything I was asking for proof, but all she can say is oh her other staff is not around and that she can't get into her computer just a whole bunch of in my opinion b******** Christina decides to address it with me towards the end of the day close to 6pm which to me makes no sense if you really care about a child or the situation of what the parents are going through you would of had the courtesy to let them know ahead of time so the parent can make the appropriate calls yet her actions tells me that you don't have you're place organized, you choose when you want to be an owner etc. Why would you do that??? Not all parents are negligent on handling their business accordingly nevertheless I was able to get a supervisor on the phone to speak with her to clarify that information was inaccurate and everything was okay. Now comes Friday morning and here comes the whole registration fee situation again l told Christina in front of Irma once again I was told by Irma it was okay to start Monday and in 2 weeks from them I'll pay everything I owe Christina's response was we're going to have a meeting with my staff and will get back to you and let you know what's going on. So off to work I go which I'm on my second week of starting. I missed a call from the school/daycare yet nobody decides to leave me a courtesy voicemail so there I go calling back wondering what is going on no one saying anything and of course my instincts tell me it has to do with the registration fee. I finally get a called back and I'm told that if I don't pay the registration fee today my daughter can no longer go to the school. So as a parent that doesn't have it like that you could just imagine how I was feeling at work!! I was able to leave early see a new school was blessed enough to get the registration fee waived because of the situation, picked up my baby with all of her belongings and head to ELC, but when I got to the school to get my baby things I had to deal with another nasty rude person who is the Administrative Assistant (Tyresha) trying to correct me about my balance that I owe which total out to almost $100. I took myself down to ELC, I didn't know they were not open on Fridays to the public meaning you can't just walk up in there, but because I was dealing with customer service I made it my business to handle what I had to do because there's no way that I would leave work early to not get nothing accomplished, but Thank God with the help of a GREAT Supervisor she made it happen. God is so good that she was able to talk to Christina and let me pay my portion which was under $22 since you can't do a transfer unless your balance is clear. At the end of the day this is all about principle, you're actions and how you treat others in this field. Don't get me wrong if I had the money of course I'll pay, but
