I bought 8 cu feet of Mother Earth Perlite online at a great price and designated pick-up at the store. Once at the store I was amazed at the large selection of products and Josh's knowledge of the growing industry. Of course, I found several other items I just had to buy before I left. Thank you for what you do.

I went there today (on a Wednesday) during their normal posted business hours only to find them closed. I called their phone number and it immediately went to voice mail. I rang their door bell and nothing. Are they still in business?

In the past 2 weeks I have tried to come here 3 times, between 11am and 12:30pm and they have been locked up and not answering their phone no sign on the door indicating where they are. On to the next hydro shop ?♂️ guess they don't want my money ?

This place already had an unwelcoming environment but it’s the only hydro store around. I’ve come three different times in the past week or so and they were closed even though it was during store hours. We called the number on the front door because they’re “in the back” but not once did they answer the phone. I just don’t get it, if you’re closed or out for lunch, or whatever, then put that on the door instead of lying.

Another Business that thinks it's ok to drive an hour to check the place out only to find out on Wednesday at noon .. Only to find the place locked tighter than a drum. With a sigh on the door to call a number no one answers .. You have to be kidding me !!!!

This store seems to be out of business and the owner is not responsive. I have placed an order online for a store pick-up. For days, the store is closed, with no signs on the door with the reasons why; the business phone line is down - left several voicemails but noone returned the calls. Will have to dispute the transaction with the bank to get the refund.

The manager here is disgusting ! They lied and sold me a faulty product just to get a sale! I hooked up the equipment to see if it worked; it was extremely loud after they told me it was not! The manager refused to give my money back even though I just bought it yesterday! DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!!! THE RETURN POLICY IS SICK LIKE THE OWNER AND MANAGER! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS SPENDING MONEY! Completely scammed me for my money! I would never come here again! Now I see why you have bad reviews! Lol

Very nice spot! The person who was there was very nice and welcoming! They even match prices as well! I can’t believe I got this full bag of the holy grail of all soils for a low price. Check them out if you can!

I don't know about the other reviews but I always had a nice experience with them never had any issues always been able to talk to them ask them questions in regards to their products I have even asked them if they will have certain products in the future they always answer me nicely I always received me nicely to the store and I've noticed that this store has very good prices compared to other stores that I've gone to that are within the area so from me they get five stars.
