So happy I found this hidden gem!! I went in for an iPhone 11 battery and screen replacement and Francisco did an A+ job!! Phone works great and looks like new for $130.00 (a price you can not beat). He fixed the phone while I waited and it only took about 30 minutes. I have used Batteries Plus in the past but I prefer a family owned business that offer personal service with a great price. I highly recommend you giving this place a try.

I had a very frustrating experience with my Mac trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. This company was able to diagnose my issue and come up with a workaround to get me back up and running. Highly recommend

I wanted to be sure that I did a review for this business I called them because I have a small printer that wasn't working and I spoke with Francisco and even though he was very honest that he doesn't repair small printers he was very kind enough to say just bring it in and I can help you see what the problem is. So I did and he was able to fix my printer it was basically a small paper jam and he was very kind enough to help me out even though that's not his area of expertise Is working on small desktop printers. But the fact that he was willing to go out of his way and help me says a lot about him and his business. Very grateful for his help and I recommend His business for any printer needs. It's hard to find nice Honest people that are willing to Help and it's not driven by just monetary compensation he was beyond nice and I appreciate all his help.

Expert professional service by Technician. He immediately assessed the problem (on/off switch broken 5 year old Dell laptop) and addressed it with a temporary fix. He ordered the new part specific to my Dell model and in two days the part arrived. He installed it. Took his time making sure I could operate laptop, explained the fix, and gave expert advice going forward: "Don't press the on/off button so hard. It is responsive to a light touch." Technician was extremely professional, knew immediately what to do, explained his work as he proceeded. Expert technical repair and friendly customer service.

The technician identified the issue with my computer an a matter of minutes. He resolved the problem by installing a new internal battery in less than an hour. This saved me from purchasing a new computer or at a minimum a new hard drive. Excellent service.
