I am a good customer and I had a bracelet that tarnished and I took it back 6 weeks ago and they were suppose to call me and I am still waiting. I have emailed and they won’t respond.

Excellent to work with ! I had bought a necklace from them a year ago and lost it and they took the time to find it for me - were ever so nice in doing this and spent time and effort - mailed it to me and yeah I have my beautiful necklace once again. Can't wait to see them in person in February - but meanwhile they are the best !!!
