I am a mortgage loan officer that has been in the business for 10 years. I have worked with countless realtors and Erick is with out a doubt one of the best. Responsive, knowledgeable and an absolute bulldog of a negotiator for his clients. I wish all realtors put in the time and effort that he does. I will be referring buyers to him.

We where very happy with Realtor Erik Gleason. Upon contracting with the Gleason Realty team, Erik immediately hired a professional Real Estate photographer to photograph our home for sale. He handled all the homes marketing and even began putting our home out onto an aggressive social media campaign. He did everything that I asked and more. Erik took my house key and had more made for me, which was a great help. Erik kept us informed and I always knew when they would be showing the house and I received feedback , which I really appreciated.
When they had our open house, we where surprised to have so many people show up. At the end of the day, we had multiple offers on our home and settled on an offer above what we had initially expected. Erik and his team where with us every step of the way during closing and the process was quick and streamlined.
Calling Gleason Realty was one of the best decisions we have made. I would recommend the Erik Gleason to anyone who needs a good realtor.

What a great experience! My wife and I couldn’t have been more happy with his level of professionalism and dedication. We had a deadline to find our next home, Mr. Gleason treated us like family and had us in the home of our dreams months before our deadline. Our kids are now attending “A” rated schools and we couldn’t be happier! Me. Gleason has made himself a customer for life here!
