I understand why GameStop is on the verge of going under. I bought a headset 7 days ago for my son, it was too big for his head so I go back to return it and they wouldn’t accept it. Not even for store credit!!!! They straight up said no we can’t return it sorry. Thanks to this experience, I will NEVER buy anything from GameStop ever again. Had I bought this on Amazon, I would have my money back no questions asked. Absolutely ridiculous

I went in to trade in some stuff to put towards a new Xbox x. Trey, the employee at the counter was one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with and gave me a ton of good gaming device. Highly recommend this location!

GameStop’s return policy is horrible. I purchased 3 items and attempted to exchange them 31 days later. The items were unopened and unused. I was told that they would not accept them as a return or not even store credit. I was told that I would have to trade them in. That is not the way to treat a loyal customer. I will never give GameStop my business ever again. They obviously don’t care about the customer. Now I am stuck with these items and they will go on the trash.

Staff was rude because i wanted a game case that didnt have ripped up plastic insted of the one she handed me, recommend a different location for sure if your looking for your personal collection.

Me and my boyfriend was looking to get the resident evil 5 and 6,we called before we came.they told us they have both and told us they were going to set it to the side for us when we get there.not even 15 minutes as soon as we pulled up,they told us they didn't have it? And said other GameStops have it in stock.After they said it was set aside for us,it was a WASTE OF GAS,WATSE OF TIME,and definitely untruthful.i would NOT RECOMMEND.straight LIARS.

Went to pick up the new Hogwarts Legacy game because I was pressured to pre-order it. There is a paper sign saying they stepped out from 3pm to 4pm... I could get the game cheaper at target with my redcard... Will not pre order anything here again.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had a sealed copy of a specific game, because I wanted to keep it in my collection.They told me that they had 2 copies in store, one being sealed and the other being the display copy, which is normal for a gamestop. Unfortunately they couldn't hold it for me, which was fine, so I arrived 30 minutes later.Turns out that they only had the display copy in store and the "sealed copy" was "on loan" with an employee. (Meaning that they are both technically open).They wasted my time by not checking their inventory and "put the blame" on the employee for it not being available. This place never answers the phone, what’s the point of having a line to call if you don’t answer. Also I made an order at 3:27pm and got an email saying it was cancelled at 3:34 because I didn’t show up in time. Do you think I drive the car from Back to the future or something. How is less than 10 mins enough time to come pick up my order? Ridiculous. I know I won’t be calling or ordering from this GameStop ever again

I had a problem with my playstation 5 and Micheal was awesome with his hospitality and so respectful. I feel welcome and love.. it was black Friday and he was able to help me as soon as I came. I will recommend this local store to my peers because of Mike. Hospitality is a 10 here.. excellent customer service.
